The rate was affordable but they add other charge like cleaning fee, resort fee and etc. For 3 nights its almost $300. The place is not clean, with broken chairs. Sofa not that great and the bathroom kind of dirty. If you look good outside the building looks so fancy its disappointing see inside. Hopefully it get fix.

Clean but Tired”
I actually stayed here the past two years for a Spring Break baseball tournament and actually got the same unit both years. In returning this year I found that everything that was broken last year....was still broken. There is zero maintenance done on this place. I will say, it was very clean and comfortable....just very run down. If I return solo next year I would come back. If my wife comes with me, I will find somewhere nicer. So, if you want clean and don't mind run down....this is a good place with a good price. If you are looking for somewhere "nice"...this probably isn't your best choice.
