Great Location, Great Value”
My taxi driver had a hard time finding this place, as its in an unusual place. But the next morning I realized just how close it was to the train station and it was super easy to get anywhere I wanted to go. I was worried at first because google maps was suggesting it would take 1 hour to get from Titiwangsa to KL Sentral, but that's totally false. 10-15 minutes only. The staff here were super nice and helpful. The common space was nice and its great that they provide filtered drinking water so I could fill my bottle each morning. Wifi worked really well. There's a shared fridge, and boiling water, but not really amenities to cook any sort of proper meal. Bathrooms were nice and I never had a problem getting a shower when I wanted. My only complaint was that there was no towel provided. I had packed very light for this trip and carrying around a wet towel is no fun. This was the only place where one wasn't provided. I ended up using one of my dirty shirts to dry off. (My fault for not inquiring ahead.) I made it work :) Would definitely recommend this place to friends looking for a cheap and comfortable way to explore KL.

Better than the Dumps in Chinatown, but...”
I've stayed here a few times over a few years of travel, and MySpace used to feel like a great little secret, a home tucked away but conveniently located by an LRT station and . But I've seen this place dropping off quite a bit this year. Overworked staff resulting in a bit more of a dark and sort of depressing atmosphere, unlike the fun and communal atmosphere I found my first few times here. Oh well, maybe they'll get back to that someday.

Comfortable and stylish”
We stayed here for four days and liked it a lot. The hostel is quite new and has a modern industrial but homely feel to it. the owner has decorated it really well and we felt at home here. Though its not at the heart of the centre of KL it's close to a lot of public transport facilities (bus, monorail and train) making it a good place for discovering both KL as its surroundings. It is also close to the Titiwangsa lake from where you have a breathtaking view on the skyline of KL and there's also good food to be found nearby the hostel!

Good”
Need some renovations for the toilets. Shower and toilet could be cleaner. It was written that simple breakfast would be provided with bread and spreads. But when we went to the kitchen, the bread in the fridge didn't look fresh at all and there was no spreads available. The sugar looks like it has been sitting there for a very long time Room is very spacious. You have kettle and drinking water available for use.

Not As Portrayed in Pics - Huge Roaches”
This hotel is nothing like it is portrayed in the pictures. I am shocked at all of the good reviews. The staff is really nice, but basically it is an old office building that 1/2 was converted into a hostel. If you are used to staying in unclean hostels then this will be a bargain and you will probably like it. If you are a budget traveler who likes staying in decent budget inns then you will probably be disappointed. We came back to our room one evening and a huge cockroach was running around and when my husband try to kill it, the roach flew on him and onto his head. I screamed and ran out of the room. Then the next day we spent most of the day in the common area working on travel plans and the cleaning lady showed up for literally 15 min. She didn't touch the rooms and only swept the floor and lightly cleaned the gross shared bathrooms. The other hotels on Bukit Bintang have low reviews, but they will probably equal to this one and close to all of the attractions in KL. Lastly, this place is literally right next to the LRT and Monorail which is loud and runs all day and is only closed from 11:30pm to about 5am when they start doing rail tests. I almost never give negative reviews, but I would not recommend this place.

Above average”
Bathrooms are aweful, dust and mess everywhere, quite a depressing place, we tried to cook something and one guest gave us a liitle electric cooker and that one another one woke us up at night and was telling us off that it was her private one. Internet just in the common area, even though the router was just behind the wall. Good points, close to the train, good price, free coffea, tea + breakfast (toast with some kind of spread), they organized us Uber driver - very nice chap, it was 10-15 rm more than official price but it was prebooked to 4 am so no complaints

Excellent for its class. Don't expect good dining as it is simple made yourself breakfast. Strategic location for people who use public transport as well as those who have cars.

Not the Greatest Location, but still my favorite ”
I've staged here may times over the past year. It's slightly out of the way lication makes it a great value and a very quiet, clean spot, with a nice community feeling inside.

Ok for a short stay”
The internet was slow and only worked downstairs in some of the rooms, the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the whole place is pretty far off the track. There aren't many things to do around. It is even a bit sketchy at night. The only good thing is that the Bus and Metro station is close but it is still a hassle to go anywhere. We were out of water for a few days, which resulted in a very bad smell of urin but that got better once the water came back on. The kitchen is nice, just no cooking plate. It's probably better to live in chinatown, if you want to spend little money and still feel like you actually live in the city.
