Great quiet place to stay”
Just a little out of the center of the city so it is quiet. You could think that you are somewhere out in the jungle .Great place to relax after a day at the monuments. The staff and owners are very helpful and friendly. Would return there anytime.

a bit past it's time in need of more care & attention - lots of potential ”
This was a reasonably priced hotel in a good location recommended to us by people who stayed there a few years ago. Shower, room balcony & room size good. however there were a number of problems: Water didn't drain from bathroom sink due to old style ceramic basin with plug hole too high, Wifi connection not good, breakfast poor with poor coffee with chicory, swimming pool not clean. Lack of attention to detail including not replacing swimming pool towels. There was a rather tired feel to the place as if it had seen better times. Management needs improvement

Ideal Retreat ”
The hotel provides a unique ambience that will make you feel detached from the everyday life. Its unique garden and beautiful pool in an ultimate place to relax in peace and nature. The staff is super friendly and yet not too 'visible' or 'pushy' which makes a very relaxed atmosphere. Moreover, the food is amazing (fried noodles and chicken fried rice) and you won't find anything tastier in Siem Reap. Lastly, the hotel is very helpful in arranging all the necessary things (umbrellas, tuk tuks, taxi etc.) and there was no problem at all with asking for a later check-out. 10/10 hotel.

FOOD, SERVICE, ENVIRONMENT
It is a little hard to find, but actually it is very near to the middle of the town. Food is fabulous, service is outstandingly good.

Dark rooms in a quiet hideaway”
Large room, nice garden with old coconut trees and a pool
The rooms are dispatched around a garden with big coconut trees and a pool in its centre. Due to the trees there are plenty of mosquitoes and only little light arrives in your room. Staff didn't catch up with cleaning the leaves from the pool. Hence the rooms are rather dark. Mosquito nets over the bed and on the windows proved very helpful. If one would replace the flow-through electric water heater in the shower by some modern equipment (what you would expect in this category of hotel) then showering would be a pleasure too (right now the water pressure is so low that you hardly get wet). The breakfast location is great with view on the garden...unfortunately the breakfast choice a la carte is limited in choice and quality. To do: the massage provided by an excellent masseuse in a small chalet on the pool side is just amazing!

It was a relaxing stay. Quiet place, pleasant.”
clean/nice room, attentive staff, rustic place
The cottages are beautifully structured, the rooms are clean, the place is quiet, the atmosphere is relaxing, and there is a balcony with a view of the garden. The garden needs some attending, but its wild landscape gives it a kind of charm. We really liked the place and the staff. The only downside is that it is quite a distance from the center. But then again, its location allows respite from the noise and bustle of the central area. Just one suggestion please: put more lights in the garden/path area. It was quite dark at night, giving it a spooky feel.
