Comfey, clean and spacious room”
This place is perfect if you are in search of a clean, spacious room near Khlong Dao beach/Saladan. It is not a resort, nor is it waterfront, but this wasn't a concern for us. The beach was less than 2 minutes by scooter (which I highly recommend for getting around Lanta). The room was immaculate and cleaned daily, with very strong wifi and a decently soft bed by Thai standards. Balcony to dry towels and swimsuits also came in handy. Laundry service was reliable and clothes came back smelling great (50b/kilo) We would definitely stay again, but if we had kids we'd probably want somewhere with a pool or right on the beach. That said, for $25/night it felt like a steal.

Good value for the money”
The place is new and clean. Less than 10 minutes walk to Khlong Dao beach. The rooms look better than what is shown in the pictures. While the staff tries to be helpful, their poor English can be somewhat of an obstacle. Since our room was looking at the road, at night the traffic can be quite noisy. I guess it is better in the rooms looking at the garden.

It’s located on the Main Street, and it’s about 10-15min walk to the markets and about 7min walk to the beach. Easy access to everywhere. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, hot water in the shower. No windows in the room which actually didn’t bother me as most of the time was outside anyway. :) Had a pretty big balcony where could dry my clothes. A bit noisy as could hear the cars pretty well. But for the price I paid for the room I was more than happy, staid there for a week.

Spot on for the money”
WE got rooms to the rear of the hotel, away from the road with views of palm trees. Great location between the beach and Saladin. 10 minute walk to either. Very clean hotel and room. No English channels on the tv which is not a problem for us. Breakfast is help yourself to toast, butter, jam, pineapple pieces, orange juice, tea and coffee. We would deffinatley stay here again.

The Best quality for value in Koh Lanta!”
I have never seen that quality for this price!Its a new building, very good central location.Very clean rooms,nice and comfy clean matress and sheets,cleaning service everyday .There is also fridge,new aircon and fun in the room.Bathroom is nice the water presure is not that powerful but still enoght .The tv works good and the internet is fast.There is a breakfast included in the price but make sure ur not going for breakfast in the end of the servise.There is a very nice and polite man working on the reception and also the cleaning ladies are very simpatic .I will definetly come back and stay here again next time and also recomend it to friends.Thank you for the pleasent stay!

Really clean. Big bathroom and bedroom. Great staff. Location as well. Equipment Balcony tv air condition and fan. We were walking from the pier with luggage and to the beach as well. As tuk tuk was expensive. Plus this hotel has breakfest included even it wasnt on the booking page. 5******

It's located on the main street, which is very noise. About 10 min walking distance to the beach. There is a 7eleven half way to the beach and a german bakery just in front of the hotel. Nice and clean, comfy bed. But walls very thin so you could hear everything! earplugs recommended for this place. Reception is only open until 4 pm, so after that only a "security" guard available. That doesn't speak English and in case of some trouble in the hotel won't do anything! In our stay of 5 nights we experience 3 fights, people yelling, crying, a man punching a girl and the "security guard" just looking the situation, that make us felt insecure there. I suggest to the hotel to have qualify personnel available all day and night.

Gutes Hotel, jedoch schreckliche Lage an der Hauptstraße”
Das Zimmer war riesig, großer Balkon. Das Personal verstand kaum ein Wort Englisch. Einrichtung spartanisch. Lage an der Hauptstraße schrecklich und laut. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich ein Hotel am Strand nehmen - bis auf die Lage aber ok.
