•Guests were made up of families who have mahram relationship or the same group of gender. We serve Muslim only. •No alcohol/liquor and forbidden things like pork also rituals. •No wild party •No footwears are allowed within the premises. • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises to prevent odor and fire. •Smokers are allowed to utilize the open area outside the premises which is 30 feets away from the Nadean Homestay. •Report any smoking complaint in premises or within 30 feets compound of Nadean Homestay, your security deposit will be penalty as compensation. •If you change the position of any furniture in the homestay, please put it back in place and the original layout before check out. •Violation of these rule is subject to a penalty of RM100. •Loss of key will be charged at RM100 each set. •The host is not involved with any types of crime committed by the tenant. •In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Nadean Homestay at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the tenant to leave the house, and the tenant shall have no right to claim any type of compensation. •Prohibited nailing/doodle wall inside or outside of the homestay. • You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Homestay premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying in the Homestay) during your stay. Nadean Homestay reserves the right to deduct such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the security deposit to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Nadean Homestay as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, Nadean Homestay further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice. •Nadean Homestay applies additional RM200 for security deposit purposes (refundable). Shall be paid 24 hrs before check in date.
