Great location, decent capsule hotel”
Considering the hotel is in Shibuya, the exact location of the hotel is actually peaceful and quite. The staff will be avaliable around 16:00-22:00 only so you might rather wanna plan about luggage storage and stuff. The hotel has 4 floors with no lift so you might as well want to carry only small-middle size luggage. I'm kinda used to using public bath at this point so I don't mind the hotel bathroom is a public one. However, I find it a bit awkward since I was on my period so I have to go around shibuya to find some tampons (I usually use only pads). Apart from that, the bathroom and aminities provided are good enough for me. It was a bit hot inside the pod so I slept with my curtain opened so that the air can flow. For the cleaness, as for the pod and bathroom they are all fine to me. The building is a bit old though. And the price is ok for me considering the hotel is clean and the location is great.
First Time in a Japanese Capsule Hotel”
Location is about 1km walk from Shibuya Ginza Line which is part of the Tokyo Metro Subway. I bought the unlimited 48 hr Metro Subway ticket. There is a nearer subway -Shinshen Station but it's with a different subway company. I arrived at 1pm and there was no one to let me in to store my luggage and the contact # had an answering machine. I just went to Mega Don Quijote to shop and eat until 4pm. Do not bother going before 4pm. I was put on the 4th floor and had to carry my luggage all the way up! The capsule itself was clean, the mattress was a bit thin but i was able to sleep after getting so tired walking around Tokyo. There is a big open area in the room to put our luggages. They are not strict about it but you put your luggage there at your own risk. The carpets are not cleaned daily but the toilets are clean. I like the second floor tatami lounge though it was not cleaned daily. People basically ate and slept there. The onsen is where everyone takes a shower and the dressing room is where everyone gets dressed. The floors are not vacuumed daily coz there was so much hair on the floor. The water in the onsen was changed when i got there. I used the onsen which iwas a bonus! The heaters in all the areas need cleaning/maintenance coz it has molds. Overall, the place is good. Just needs some more effort in cleanliness. Maybe the staff just needs to put more attention on cleaning a bit more. I love the neighborhood grocery store near the hotel! Last, they should not allow smoking even on the stairways. The smoke smell goes into the lounge area and the stair area where they smoke is not cleaned.

Value for money and exceptional facilities. It has an onsen and felt safe staying there. 4 star for staff and cleanliness as it could be better. I had no way to contact staff upon arrival as I only have data and she was no where to be seen. Waited for 5-10 mins as she came back from her break maybe but overall staff was very welcoming and informative.

I was pleasantly impressed by Nadeshiko Capsule Hotel. The capsule size was relatively large and comfortable, did not feel claustrophobic at all. The hotel included many amenities and a wonderful onsen. The staff are very helpful when the reception is open, but the hours are only from 16:00-22:00 and it is very difficult to get in touch with reception outside of these hours especially if you don’t have a Japanese SIM. Aside from that, the location is great, it is a bit of a walk to Shibuya station but I enjoyed the quiet of the small neighborhood. Highly recommend!

i was very satisfied with the hotel. the shower room was nice, capsule was clean, all the staffs I met were very nice and were fluent in English. the hotel lets you leave your bags at the hotel before check in but when I went to the hotel there were no staffs at the front desk and the only way to contact them was to call them. but since I was a foreign traveler without a japanese phone number I had to borrow somebody else's phone to call them. there should be another way of contacting the hotel. sending messages through agoda app works but responses were not that fast! If i visit shibuya again I will stay at this hotel again though.
