Good”
The room is fantastic and clean. Also, the staffs are nice who can speaker English and also Chinese. However, I’m a little disappointed abt the hot spring because it’s kind of old and not maintain well. That’s the reason why I gave 2 stars for the facilities. If you love to enjoy the hot spring , I wouldn’t recommend it but if you don’t care it. It’s still a nice place to stay.

Avoid This Hotel During Japanese School Holidays”
Hotel guest relation staff speaks Mandarin to accommodate guests from Asian countries. Excellent night view of Nagasaki from comfort of Observation Room at the top floor or outdoor on the roof terrace. Avoid booking this hotel during Japanese school vacation period. Both public onsen in hotel being reserved for extended period of time for guests from school package tours; other guests not allowed to enter except the odd hours. Restaurant is serving is strictly by booking and do not entertain walk-in guests. Ensure you book your dinner at hotel restaurant before arrival or drive down the slope if you have a car.

beautiful view of Nagasaki”
Hotel is located on the hill. You can see a beautiful view at day time and night time. If you can find right bus to the hotel, the cost is just 150 yen. Free shuttle bus available in the morning from hotel to JR station. Hotel have hot bath with the view but smell the chlorine, it's not natural water. This hotel is old and not convenience for travel in the the city but worth money if you would like to have a really nice view of the city.

Poor services, well below my expectations.”
Upon arrival, the staff member nearly can’t understand English. Luckily they have a staff can speak Chinese, that delayed my check-in a lot. Also, I have made written instruction to the front desk staff not need to enter my room and a door tag with “do not disturb”. However, when I get back my room at night, the door tag has been removed and it’s obviously that someone had entered into our room. It’s totally unacceptable. Also, the hotel needs me to pass them my car key upon arrival and need to pass them the room key when leaving my room after the first night (I booked two nights), those are unrealistic and unreasonable. Also, when I parking my car, the shuttle bus driver drove over my car quickly, it’s not a good driving attitude and it deeply lowered my satisfaction towards the hotel. To conclude, the hotel provide poor services and the rooms prices are totally undeserved.

Onsen's view is not good”
The view of the mountain was good but the window of the onsen covered up all the view. The onsen was small in size.

Worst stay in Japan ever”
Went to this hotel during the late April 2019. We wanted the turn on the air con but the hotel locks our air conditioning system claiming that it's still winter. They forced all guests to open windows instead which constant loud noises were made throughout the night (all the way until morning) by the hotel staff preparing for a Chinese tour group. There was no air circulation and it was a very uncomfortable stay that night. You can smell the heavy chlorine in their onsen (worse than indoor pools). Old facility. Staffs can't speak English for one bit (fortunately we were fluent with Japanese). No food available in the vicinity, you have to come into the city to grab decent food. The only good point is the view from the rooftop. Consider this hotel as a 3-Star as best. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst breakfast. The things charged in the hotel were unreasonable, eg: vending Machine. They close the viewing deck half an hour earlier than scheduled time. Avoid this hotel.
