Really love this hotel so much. Thumbs up! Location is good, station is about 10 mins walk and there is family mart + lawson nearby. However, there isn't much restaurant nearby, either walk to the street area or take taxi to nearby restaurant. Staff are super friendly and they assist us whenever we need help (booking taxi and recommending food places). They provide free coffee at the lobby as well. The room is abit small but sufficient for 2 pax, really cozy and it feels like home. Loving the toilet as well and they make up our room daily as well (fresh towels, bedsheet etc) . Definitely will stay here again when I visit Okinawa!

The hotel is near Family mart that you can buy every meal for every time. The room is clean and comfortable. I love that the hotel provide free coffee at the lobby so you not need to buy any coffee in the morning, just go to the lobby and grab it :))

Located in a convenient place. The room was neat and comfortable. A lot of guests would be, but there was no crazy sound from upstairs or next doors. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel.

I liked their staff friendliness with smiling face whenever we walk in. They are helpful to answer our inquiries. Room was cleaned, sufficient facilities to use, except restroom has a weird smell, this may due to ventilation not strong to circulate fresh air. Overall, we were satisfied with our stayed for 7 nights at Naha West Inn. Thank you! Keep up the good work! 😀👍👍👍

Good location,clean rooms but limited parking slots.”
It is a good location whereby everything's about few minutes of drive from there. The rooms were clean and the receptionist provided helpful information when needed. However, they have limited parking spots thus if you were to return to the hotel late,you will have to drive further down for more parking spots which is limited as well. Besides,the parking fees are 1000 yen/day.

Great for the price”
The room size was pretty large compared to other hotels in Japan. The toilet was separate from the bath which was a huge plus. Some of the staff were kind of rude but the rest were very nice. You can hear your neighbors and the cleaning but for the price we got I would do it again

Great place to stay. Reasonable price, nice room, and quick check-in and check-out processes. There are construction works around the hotel currently, so the environment may be a little noisy during weekdays. The route from the monorail to the hotel is rather quiet and dark at night, with limited street lights, so best not to stay out too late, though the area seems safe.

Clean and big”
The room space is big and comfy. It has all the amenities you need for your stay. Although its about 5-7 minutes walk away from the monorail station, it is definitely worth the money for the room.

I enjoy my stay in Naha West inn, clean and modern furnishings room, the room is big, however the bathroom including the bathtub is a little small. Family mart locate just outside the hotel. However it is abit far from the Kokusai-dori street and also the train station.

Hotel is nice and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly too. They offer free coffee which gave us the daily boost! Parking at hotel is very limited and usually have to park a street away (parking fee still paid thru hotel). Hotel is about 7 mins walk from the monorail station, more if you have quite a bit of luggage. Food options limited nearby, except for the super homely and nice bento place which is a 3mins walk away. Nonetheless, an overall very satisfied stay here.

Very nice hotel, room was spacious enough and it has everything one needs. I felt very good staying at this hotel. Clerks at the front desk were nice and always ready to help. There is a great coffee making machine in the lobby, always at guests disposal.

Location is not ideal as it’s 20mins walk or 5mins cab (700yen minimum) to Kokusai street, which is just about the only major shopping street. It’s near to airport (7mins drive) though. Has convenience store beside. I booked the newly furnished room this it’s comfortable and clean, but space is lacking. Amenity kits are sufficient. No breakfast option for this hotel as they do not have a restaurant.

My family has young children and elderly ,so I need to pack in 1 room .“ Twin room for 3 people” is the answer!! because there is 3 semi-double beds close together. Also the room is clean, nice staff , free car park and convinient store nearby. The only one thing I dont like is the concrete wall.
