"We like the place. clean rooms, with fridge, washer, teapot and dry line in balcony. We stayed here for about 27 days. We were surprised with the extra fees. Be aware that there is a surcharge fee of a 1000 yen per day for pots to cook. Plus a 1000 additional fee of 1000 yen per night to park the car. We paid for the parking but not for the pots, a bit excessive fee. I would understand if they place a credit card hold for the pots but why pay $10 USD per day for pots. Outrageous. These fees escalate the price per night at this location. There are no cleaning services during your stay which I didn’t mind. But they could not let us borrow a broom to clean the room. They have available at your request clean towels, toiletries, changing sheets. We could communicate with staff who was extremely helpful and courteous at all time. They provided guidance when needed. There is a nice Thai restaurant.. Other local restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets,, banks, convenience stores, etc"
