Greatest getaway!”
Nakamanda experience has been nothing short of amazing! The staff were soooo accomodating, the location was quiet yet self sufficient - there's a atm, money exchanger, restaurants, tailor, bar all just outside the hotel within close walking distant. The beach is so clean and amazing - also very easy to book island trips with the hotel and easy enough to get around. It was the highlight of our trip. Big thanks to Chef Panya for making all our meals so memorable. What an awesome spirit! And a shoutout to the kitchen staff team too, such wonderful service. Will want to come back for sure. 💓

Wonderful Staff!”
I would stay here again in a heartbeat! What made this place stand out the most was the wonderful staff. One of the staff members (Num) was so genuinely friendly and helpful. She got my daughter a band-aid (plaster) when she scraped her foot on the rocks. She also called for the longboat and arranged an island tour for us. Also, the other members of the staff were so attentive. Small things, like serving ice water by the pool or getting us towels, really made Nakamanda stand out. Everyone was so laid back and friendly. Not to mention the location of the patio made sunset dinners stunning. The restaurant offered good Thai food (we were not so interested in western food). The villa style rooms were also very clean and nice. I would come here again and stay for longer! Such a wonderful place to stay!!!

Inspirational”
This hotel is a 5 star experience and more. Sometimes you already know what to expect from high quality hotels, but Nakamanda resorts takes and exceeds that already high standards that many other hotels have set. With incredibly efficient design hotel rooms, they offer amenities to fill every need (Plates with utensils, Bath salt for bath, Mosquito devices). Service aside, the hotel is pristine in it's decor. After a wet rainy day, you would continue seeing incredibly well kept paths free of debris, beautiful structures unaffected by the water, and dry outdoor areas of your balconies. If I had to sum up my stay in Nakamanda, it will simply be "Inspirational". Every detail has been considered to make your stay more pleasant than any other 5 star hotels. Service feels personalized and thorough.

Amazing Hotel ”
This hotel is gorgeous, with incredible and kind staff. The location on the beach is breathtaking and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The villa with the hydro pool is great for an outside living room. Truly a wonderful experience the location is much better than Ao Nang for serenity and nature.

The resort has a great location, right on a small bay frequented by long tail boats, very picturesque. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they helped with some small problem and in the waiting for the late afternoon flight If I come back to Krabi, I will definitely stay here

Amazing experience”
We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed for a total of 8 nights, at the end of a 3 week trip through Thailand. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the location is perfect. We prefer to have our stay away from the crowd, but close to a few restaurants and shops, and Nakamanda will offer just that. The sunsets at this specific location are the most beautiful we've ever seen. As mentioned in other reviews, the airconditioner is indeed a bit noisy, that's all we would have as a comment.

We loved the room design, very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom is fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they all seemed very happy to work there. Location is great too, perfect spot for visiting the neighbors islands. Breakfast buffet variety could be improved

Wonderful Stay”
The hotel sits on a quiet corner of the beach with a nice view overlooking a small isle. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staffs, superb and remember your breakfast preference well. Pool guy was very attentive, he would served glasses of water whenever we came to the pool lounger and would moved the umbrella position for us during different time of the day to make sure we were well- shaded. Room was big and clean with nice patio where you can chill with greenery around. Thai massage with Naga Spa was good and relaxing. Restaurant food was good and breakfast spread was decent considering it is a small resort. It was such a lovely stay until we forgot our check out date!

Great Hotel”
The staff and service really make this place exceptional. Can't give enough praise to how professional and friendly they were. Always made sure we had everything we need, almost always without us even having to ask. Food was very good at the restaurant too. Some other good nearby restaurants as well, so there's a good amount of choices for food. Breakfast was very good and made even better eating right next to the ocean. Room was incredible for the price. Very, very big. 2 bathroom sinks, big bathtub, nice sofa, nice little patio area with another sofa. Was very surprised how good the room was. Only downside is the location could be a bit boring for some at night, but for a couple just wanting to relax it's perfect.

One of the best Krabi resorts ”
Nakamanda was an amazing experience. I have been around numerous thai resorts but Nakamanada was a standout experience for sure. The villas are large, well furnished and beautiful. The staff are extremely professional, efficient and caring. All special requests were attended too with extreme care. I would definitely revisit and would recommend everyone to try out this beautiful and exotic resort

Beautiful resort with nice beach”
The resort is really amazing. An amazing pool directly at the beach and than there is the ocean. Some rocks but then you have fine white sand in any directions and warm water. So many places to chill and the villas are amazing. The breakfast at the beach is a real highlight!

So good we actually went back !”
We had a wonderful few days at the Nakamanda in November. Last visited in 2017 and even better than we remembered. We love the location, opposite an Island, where the tide going in and out provides brilliant swimming and lots to watch. The staff were amazing, food in the restaurant was excellent, great value and there are other good restaurants within walking distant. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to change our plans and spend the last 3 days of our holiday in Thailand there. So sad to leave.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff was so nice and accommodating. I also enjoyed the onsite restaurant and the pool. The location was right on the beach and convenient to several stores and eateries. I will definitely stay here again!

4 things I will say about this Resort: 1. The STAFF was absolutely amazing, they were very helpful and attentive. Super super nice, especially Alid! 5 stars for all the staff, cleaners, front desk, kitchen and pool! Tip them well! 2. The ROOM we were in 702, was clean and very nice with a great view because it was higher up. HOWEVER, there was a very faint but bad smell coming the bathroom, in the toilet area especially. Kind of body odour-like, it was faint but once you smell it, you smell it every time you walk in the bathroom. There was also a damp musty smell coming from the air conditioner, drove my wife nuts. They could definitely be aware of this because when the cleaners come and clean, they light an oil using a candle in the corner of the room (but dont leave you more candles lol) so 3 stars for this. We didn't move because it was faint and the view was quiet nice, but definitely do not expect this from a 5 star resort. 3. The FACILITIES were decent everywhere. They functioned and were clean, but sorta outdated. Definitely don't expect from a 5 star hotel. The pool and lounge area by the ocean definitely needs some work to beautify it and make it look more top notch. If you compare this resort to Dusit Thani or even Beyond Krabi's outdoor area, which are also 5 and 4 star neighbors (you'll see their set up when you're walking along the beach), you'll definitely see a big difference. 4. LOCATION was great, I didn't mind that there's an island in front of the resort. It was cool actually. The resort is positioned in a bend where it gives you access to beaches towards Klong Muang public beach to the left and more beaches to the right side towards Tupkaek area. There were a number of stores, restaurants and bars around. I loved the location because it was very quiet and we basically had the beaches to ourselves mid to late November, but still had things to do and places to go to. We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. We loved the private suite settings, the friendly staff and lovely facilities. The pool is huge.. 100' long, and a great place to spend some time . Adjacent is the dining area outside, for breakfast, happy hour and dinner dining, all overlooking the drying bay with Longtail boats beached at low tide. You can hire a boat right there to get quickly and easily to Hong Island, which is very worthwhile excursion. Good hiking nearby as well. Food and drink, breakfasts, all good! Secure car parking! Enjoy.

Beautiful Tropical Thailand”
Cple in early 70s. End Oct 22. Our first visit back to Thailand for a few yrs and my first review in ages. Wanted beachfront ocean breeze peace quiet good bed good Thai food Thai feel. U know the tropical wood and palm tree ambiance. Had all that and more. Beautiful craftsman built room with outside fan on patio. Not a norm but needed. Terrific bathroom including amenities of hotels rating. Chef really must be complimented as we didnt look elsewhere and thats unusual for us. All staff were amazing so friendly and incredibly helpful. Food and drinks were all very reasonably priced and that includes transfers. The large pool and beach restaurant are literally waterfront. Lovely place to sit enjoying breakfast or Sunset happy hour which is popular. Rooms are behind very few with sea views and none overlooking pool. Rocks are out front but property affords great views of islands which you can take an enjoyable long tail boat to. Once again very handy right out front. Only 20 meters around to left of those reasonably accessible flatish rocks is a very long sandy clean beach beach accommodating the Dusit Thani. If you walk around to right on low tide you will find The Beach Bar and Baan Talaay restaurant and 7 11 if you need anything. We kept away from main road. Negatives as per other reviews. Stairs everywhere.

Nice Place and Friendly Staff ”
I stay there with my parents and my sister for 3 nights. The staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are clean. The food is ok. The view is great. There's a lot of stairs so it could be hard for elder to stay there.

Great place to unwind!”
Resort was located in a quiet area where you could truly relax and unwind. It was comfortable and clean but the furnishings were slightly worn out which is understandable. Service by staff was excellent and overall it was a great stay!
