"Overall, I would recommend this place. I never met the host so we only communicate via email but it was not a problem because response time when I had questions was fast enough. Pros: - room looks new - self check-in process is easy - big enough space for 4 people, can accommodate 5 with the sofa bed but will be tight because you will lose the sofa and table space for eating breakfast or takeout meals - having two toilets is very useful - close to the subway station - there are convenience stores, pharmacy, cafe, bakery, and small restos around - Cons: - no bars and hooks for hanging towels and change of clothes in the bathroom - it takes time for water to warm up in the kitchen and bathroom faucets & shower - after you get the right warm water temperature in the shower, it becomes cold all of a sudden while in the middle of showering, which is annoying - there is a coin-operated washing machine in the 2nd floor of the building but no dryer - no elevator in the building which is inconvenient for those with big luggage - we can hear a bit of street traffic but since we’re always tired when we get home at night, this did not bother us"
