"An amazing place with an amazing staff! We were fortunate enough to be upgraded from a pool villa to a beachfront pool villa. The level of service and attention to detail was fantastic. We had noticed that some things were in need of fixing, mentioned them to the relevant staff members and all items were taken care of within 1 day. I have had a chance to stay at numerous "resort" style properties and this one was simply the best! From being met at the airport, to be shuttled to the marina where a boat was waiting to take us to the island resort, the attention to detail, kindness of the staff, and beauty of the hotel property and its facilities made our stay a truly memorable one!
