The best of all my vacation stays
These two nights in nalusuan offered me the best vacation experiance. Gorgeous island, great staff, peacefull stay, so relaxing and enjoyable. I wish i stayed longer. Yes if you compare with other luxury resorts, nalusuan won't be your choice. Facilities are simple, but this is never a problem. Sleeping in the simple waterhouse, waking up watching sunrise above the shallow water sea outside the balcony, with a banca parking just nearby, we were lost in words. Resort manager Hendrich is very nice, talked much with us, arranged resort clinic for our moto wounds, showed us around, helped with transportation, we cannot thank him enough. We are glad we took some beautiful photos to share. It is amazing to walk along the shallow sand beach on the back after the fall of tide, starfishes(also fabulous blue ones), shell, crabs, urchins,,,everywhere...and you can walk into the sea for hundreds of meters with water depth not higher over your knees. The stunning long wooden bridge in the front is a great spot for pics. So many nice memories there. Daily tour arrives between 10am-3pm, other than that period, you own the peace and amazing sight, do snorkling near the bridge end and play with all the corlorful fishes. hendrich joked as "I'm so bored here with my music, the sea", yeah can only laugh over it with deep jealousy

Nice getaway
Nice place to getaway from people and traffic.not mulch to do but super relaxing. Marine sanctuary you can walk out for 100s of metres on the sand bar.diving snorkel, boating, island hop. Very tiny island.very nice cottage on the edges.just food is expensive as u pay 100 peso for soft drink or beer in a small can.boat fare includes both ways and was 2500 peso. You get a necklace when arrive on the island and drink.

A hidden gem!
We stayed for two nights on the island and had a fantastic time. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spotless & it was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the fish swim by underneath. The snorkelling itself was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend visiting this hidden gem!

Bliss
Stunning, tranquil location within an hour of Mactan Cebu airport. The staff, food & snorkeling were all great & even when the daytrippers are visiting it's simply idyllic.House guests have access to exclusive areas both in & out of the water so just ask!

Perfect island with fish, and pool like beach
Staffs arranging the pick up boat is nice, and was there waiting us with no complains. The hotel itself is abit old and needs a renovation for the rooms maybe, but takes nothing away from the staffs and surroundings. One side is perfect for snorkel with variety of fish. Another side is as calm as a swimming pool (or a huge sand bank during low tide). Restaurant is very locally priced with great food. Island is very quiet, with just 2 rooms occupied during our stay. The staffs has some pet dogs and cat are big plus as well. Definitely would come back if i come Cebu again!

Tiny paradise island with all amenities
This is a paradise. The island is reachable by your own means or can arrange with the manager by calling directly (easier and more certain). Once landed, it s located in the middle of the marine sanctuary ideal for a beautiful view, or diving/snorkelling. There are only 14 rooms which makes the island almost yours at night, you feel priviledged and blessed when sunset. However, for the people who don t like a quiet retreat, please don t panick, there is everything ready in 5 minutes to your desire: a boat trip out? A set of racket for ping pong? A yoga mat? A beer for only 100 peso? A fresh fruit daiquiri with nice meal? Yes, really, you cannot miss it. The trip will be like you want, you want retreat and read, you can. You want activities? You can. You want experience? You can. The only thing is that from 12 to 2.00 pm there can be some tourists coming to take pictures as part of boat day trip. But they are the ones mistaking by staying outside and just passing by this paradise. Who s the king of the island? Definitely its staff always here and discreet. LH

Small resort in the middle of the sea
Location, food, Activities
Stay was good. However, do not expect the staff to respond to email or phone. The network is weak and in a way its very relaxing that you are disconnected from the world. You would need to take a cab from the airport to Tonggo Beach and then take a boat to Nalusuan.
