We loved our time in Ninh Binh and Nam Hoa Hotel was a very nice base. Free bicycles and cheap scooters available at the hotel made for easy access to all we wanted to see and do. Excellent breakfast with wonderful view on top floor. Good restaurants near by, but again use a bike or scooter if you want something more. All staff were excellent.

Nam Hoa was a great hotel with and awesome breakfast. The only 2 negatives I have are that there was a funny smell coming from the drain in the bathroom sink but we solved that by keeping the drain closed and that the maps.me location is wrong. Other than that it was a really nice break from the hostels we have been staying at and the blanket was really nice!!

On Point On Every Level”
This is hands down the best spot in Tam Coc. The staff go out of their way to be lovely. The breakfast in the morning has a good variety of fruit, breads, fresh juice, coffee, and fried eggs — it's certainly plenty to get your day started off well. The rooms are cozy and absolutely spotless. The showers and bathrooms are clean, clear grout, and very modern. The views are also lovely, and it's very quiet at night so you will get a good night's sleep. Add in free bikes, and it's just a win. The stand-out are the staff — who are just lovely — but really there's nothing that missed the mark. :)

Friendly Staff & Good Location”
From the very moment when I checked in the hotel, I feel welcomed and was given a lot of travel information by the staff. I rented a new motor bike for only $7.50 per day. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are visiting Ninh Binh. Nevertheless the breakfast need to be improved and I didn't enjoy at all.

THE place to stay in Tam Coc”
We were really pleased with our stay here and when sitting outside the hotel were approached by other tourists who were not too happy about the other choices in town with regard to comfort & cleanliness. Our room was spotless and the breakfast included baguette, egg, cheese, jam, pancakes, honey, fruit, coffee & tea. We also ate dinner here. Cheaper meals elsewhere but the quality was fantastic. They provide good bicycles for exploring, a must do, and are very helpful with arranging tours & tickets with very reasonable prices. We were provide with snacks for our day trip to Hoa Lu, Bao Dinh Pagoda & Van Long Nature Reserve and upon leaving snacks for the train and an embroidered tote bag for madame. They go the extra mile for you and deserve a good score! We hope to return in the cooler weather and would definitely stay here again. If you want a decent mixed drink go to the Bamboo Bar and avoid the pricey, rubbish drinks at the two bars connected with the Long Hotel. The hotel has great Pho Bo and so does Gia Bao opposite the boat ramp. Good coffee too.

Great Value”
This hotel was a splurge for me, but I'm still dreaming about the comfortable beds. The staff was so friendly and the $2 buffet breakfast was on point. Not to mention it was in a really great location in Tam Coc. The place was clean, the bathroom so nice, and the most amazing hot shower! I miss this place already.

Great location & Facilities ”
We stopped here for 5 nights to visit the Ninh Binh area. We had a room on the 6th floor giving great views over the surrounding landscape. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and we used the free bicycles for three days which was a great bonus. The staff were really helpful and we would definitely use this place again

My friends and I loved our stay here. The place is conveniently located in the center of Tam Coc and is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The staff have been really helpful all throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous too.

The best stay we had in Vietnam”
The hotel was super clean, the rooms also with great bathrooms and sheets, the staff was indcredibly kind, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We rented a scooter for the day from the hotel while they kept our bags for the day of the check out and made our day super easy. I loved everything about this hotel and would definitely come back.

We had an very great experience at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpfull, I think its the staff that makes this place so great! They helped us arranging our daytrip in Nimh Bimh and they also offers bicycles for free! My girlfriend also wanted a haircut and the staff walked with her the whole way to the hairdresser and when we left the hotel to take the train further on our trip they even fixed a little lunch box, and not to forget, they also gave us a little gift! The breakfast was also very good, maybe not much for a variation but you get enough nutrition to start a great day! Also, the view from the breakfast table is very great! The location is good, its close to everything you need in Nimh Bimh! I would highly recomend this place if you're visiting Nimh Bimh!

A nice hotel with wonderful staff! The location is excellent and free bicycles meant we could ride to all the nearby attractions. We found the family room clean, spacious and with a nice view. Fast WIFI and breakfast of fruit, breads, fresh juice and eggs served buffet style. We were invited to a dinner by the family to celebrate Tet and it was delicious too. I would definitely recommend this place if you are headed to the area.

A fantastic place!!”
A little gem of a place!! We were greeted like a longtime friend, given a delicious cup of ginger honey tea (perfect on a cool evening), and were made to feel totally at home. The breakfast is served on the 7th floor with incredible views of the limestone formations. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever seen (this was our 8th hotel on this trip). There were more options than we could try during our 3 day stay, the homemade banana fritters were awesome, the fried eggs perfect, and the multiple other options delicious, including about 5 types of fruit all perfectly ripe! They have bicycles to borrow, and a map with everyone we wanted to see marked on it. We walked in one evening looking cold and again treated to some hot ginger honey tea! Everyone was so genuinely friendly!

The hotel staff were wonderfully helpful. Not only did they allowed us to borrow their bicycles for free and rent a scooter for $5USD a day, but they also helped with bookings and making international calls back home. Also the breakfast was great! Highly suggest this hotel!

Dich and his staff has been very efficient and effective, give great customer service that make us feel welcome and want to come back. Though the rooms are a bit aged, the breakfast with good view on 7th floor and western spread make up for the old charm.
