Will def book here again if I’ll be back in Osaka! Location, the hotel itself, the self check-in/check-out was easy as well. The staff were polite. They don’t clean the rooms bec of COVID policies but they male sure you have everyday change of towels. Thank you!

Namba is situated conveniently to two train stations (shin-imamiya and dobutsen Mae) which made it very convenient for me. Great little street vendor next for breakfast/lunch. Great facilities

The new hotel with very good staff”
The hotel is very clean and new. The staffs are very best service customer. The place is nearly the train station but the subway has no elevator at the nearest exit.

Location is good, about 5mins from Shin Imamiya station, easy to find. Room is clean, new, also size quite big.. But only 1 bottled water for 5 nites stay.. Daily towel replacement in the plastic bag hanging in the door handle, very clever pick!

Neighbourhood is noisy at night and a bit grungy, but there are cheap places to eat nearby. Hotel is very clean and staff helpful. No luggage storage available which is not ideal but you can store bags nearby at a shop for cheap. This is a budget friendly option, decent sized room and comfortable beds.

Modern and clean tatami rooms, with convenient access to the Shin-Imamiya train station and metro. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. There is no coin laundry available a the hotel, but there is one just a 3-minute walk away. The staff were hospitable and well accommodating of requests as well!
