Big Mistake”

We arrived at 8pm in the evening. There was no reception. There was no office. There were no workers. I had to walk through the buildings searching for someone. Because I could speak the language I finally was able to find yell loud enough to find someone. They didn't know about my booking. They didn't even have a computer. This place was a former guesthouse turned into someones home. Maybe on the side they try and make some extra money by keeping it going. It is not set up for guests. The place was filthy, there was no water, and there was no breakfast. Even though I booked two nights at this hotel, I left after the first night and found a better place in town. DOn't make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else, not here.

Basic room. Only bucket cold water as shower not working. No power points. Not good value as far from center. Staff good

Nice close to nature”

A very nice to stay for a few nights. The restaurant was cosed so you had to walk for 2-3 km to get into town. Very close to the nature and is very quiet except for the roosters.

Quiet, quiet and quiet”

I had a good stay. I wanted a remote place where I could relax and just take it easy. The bad part is that the reastaurant isnt open so yo have to walk the 2-3km to the city each time you want something to eat.

Delightful beautiful and tranquil”

I wanted 10 days away from the crowds, to be in nature and have a tranquil time. This was the ideal place, next to the river with very little noise. The bungalows are simply beautiful, well-made, clean and very comfortable. I came away totally refreshed !

nice atmosphere and warm host”

It was a very pleasant experience of staying there.it is off the downtown, but so close to benefit from it. the owner has the bicycles and motorbikes to lend free of charge. The room is nice and spacious.

Traumhaft direkt am Fluß gelegen”

Das Resort liegt da. 2 km außerhalb der Stadt direkt am Fluss. Bis auf die Hühner eine sehr ruhige Anlage. Die Inhaber sind sind einmalig hilfsbereit gewesen: kostenlosen Tuktuk-Shuttle, kostenloser Fahradverleih, Einladung zu einer privaten Hauseinweihungsparty, Marktbesuch am frühen Morgen, das gekaufte Essen wurde dann abends ebenfalls kostenlos zubereitet. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Busbahnhof: Spitzenleistung! Aber: leider ist die Anlage ein wenig heruntergekommen und in den Zimmern riecht es deutlich nach Schimmel. Das Restaurant hat geschlossen, es gibt nur Frühstück. Wer darüber hinwegsehen kann und echten Kontakt zu den Laoten und eine ruhige Anlage außerhalb der des Massentourismus sucht ist hier definitiv am bestens aufgehoben.

Ruhiges Hotel und freundliches Personal”

Wir hatten einen Familienbungalow (anstatt eines gebuchten Standard Bungalow) was natürlich sehr angenehm war. Die Bungalows liegen sehr idyllisch in einer grünen Gartenanlage. Die Bungalows sind jedoch, sofern man einen Nachbarn hat, sehr hellhörig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Fahrräder konnten kostenlos genutzt werden, was bei der Lage gut ist (da das Zentrum ca. 2 km entfernt ist).

Se non fosse per la pulizia e il degrado sarebbe un bellissimo posto ! Tutto e' lasciato andare a male l acqua a volte non va un peccato !

Leuke Eco-lodge met individuele bungalows”

Alhoewel de bungalowkamers een beetje muf roken, misschien omdat we net na het laagseizoen (regenseizoen) daar waren, vonden we ons verblijf zeer aangenaam voor iedereen die houd van de rust en de natuur is het zeker een leuke plek. De liggin was iets verder van het stadscentrum maar de gratis fietsen deden dit nadeel teniet en we gebruikten de mountenbikes ook voor een trip naar de plaatselijke watervallen.
