This is my second stay in this hotel, the location is amazing- 5 mins walking to train station. The hotel is clean and well furnished, very modern, cozy and bright. And the breakfast is so delicious and fresh, it's one of the best that I had in a hotel ever(and I had many experience) The only cons I will say is the bed is just too soft, I prefer harder beds personally. But if you enjoy soft beds it will be perfect for you. Recommend this hotel 100% and will stay here again whenever I'm in Tainan!

A surprisingly pleasant stay!!”
We went to Tainan over the weekend and the choices were limited when we were booking, so we chose this little inn for our two-night trips. It worked out really well given it’s close to a large university and the vibe is very laid back and chilled. The room is spacious for its value. And the bed is sooooo comfortable, that is definitely on par of a 5-star hotel’s!!! Highly recommended if you are hoping to find a budget stay but wants a good night sleep with a heavenly bed!

Good hotel close to NCKU”
Stayed here for a conference in NCKU hospital. Very close to the train station and also the NCKU campus. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is tasty. For people who like to have a drink, there is a good bar near by.

Two days of accommodation in Nan Fun House Hotel, the staff offered their best to the traveller. Their whole hearted service warmed my heart. For example, the breakfast. Ｉtravelled alone. And they insisted giving me two breakfasts. One eating in and another going out. As for the room, Ｉhave to say the design was just perfect. And the BED, it was five stars! Wonderful! I definitely will come back when I visit Tainan.

except that when we checkin at 3:30, we sit at the lobby for around 1 hour. All the others are quite nice!(but the receptionist gave us a small gift as compensation!) Room is not very big but quite clean! and full of almost all facilities! quite recommendable!

Very nice new hotel, with great friendly staff”
New hotel with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Standard room was ok for two nights but it would a bit too small for a longer stay. The breakfast was seriously great - wide variety of choices to order and very good quality. Staff was super nice and helpful with suggestions. Location is a bit weak since it's on the "other side" of the railroad tracks so it's a bit of a hike to get to the major places. Also the immediate neighborhood is lacking in things to do within short walking distance. This would not keep me from returning though. I did enjoy my two night stay there and would go back again.

Overall, I t is a very clean, pleasant and quiet hotel that is nicely located near Cheng Kung University and it’s associated Hospital. There is a cheerful restaurant in the hotel, however, the taste of foods remain to be improved. In the room, there are no places to hang up your clothes nor store valuable items, and the small refrigerator is not working. Staff are not quite well-trained, even though most of them are nice and sweet.

Great staff, great locations but need more improvement in sanitary environment. ”
I was deeply impressed by the decor as I stepped into this hotel, located in a central Tainan. The passionate staff always made us feel like at home. The brunch-level breakfast was totally a plus. But the only but not the least point I did really care about was that the sanitation of the room was not up to bar. I could feel a slight coat of dusts on the bed; even worse, when I lifted open the bed cover, there were at least 5 hair (some may be pubic hair), which totally made me feel uncomfortable and lowered my evaluation on this hotel.

Average room size average neighbourhood”
The room size was average, and amenities was basic for your daily need. Hotel is new and staff are great. The only complaint is when presented with a breakfast menu to select a choice for our daily breakfast. You are not even allow to chose your side dishes or have little request from the pre-set menu. Here is where customer is not King does apply
