    バスターミナルにはまずまず近く、コンビニも付近にあり。 若干古さは残るが、清潔感はあり快適に過ごせる。 スタッフの対応が良いのが本ホテルの一番のメリットだと思う。

    大堂細小；客房走廊不開燈，極之不便！客房細小，與網頁相片不相附；自助早餐尚可接受；酒店不提供與車站對接服務；其實南投市區無甚可觀光處，今次下榻只為了去中興新村參加台灣燈會。

    訂豪華四人房，入住發現是邊間雙人房，只有兩個枕頭，反映後飯店立刻轉四人較大房型，應是連假較多家庭客訂房，飯店以較小房型混充。房務清理小姐態度熱忱。是傳統老飯店，床相當好睡，備品充足，各樓層有飲水機，鄰近縣政府停車非常方便，亦有生活百貨及家樂福商場可採買。自助式早餐菜色雖不多補菜速度快，服務人員態度佳。整體而言是實惠不錯的住宿經驗。

    住宿前致電飯店 聲稱餐廳在裝修 無法供應早餐 但是Agoda 訂房網站上註明含3份早餐 住宿前還確認會給麵包餐盒當早餐 結果隔天早上卻說我們費用未含早餐 一晚3000元的住房費 是未含早餐嗎?

    沒停車位廁所浴缸牆壁發霉”

    外面翻新看起來很新，進到房間很舊廁所膠條牆壁都是霉，訂單上有寫停車位但到了說沒配合停車場了所以要我們自己去找車位，或者前面有付費停車場，優點是房間3千多算很大冷氣滿冷的，像這樣舊飯店很多去那麼多間，覺得這間是很不用心在經營

    1、停車資訊和Agoda網站的不符，其實並不提供車位，其實週遭還有很多停車場，但員工並未主動為一個不熟悉當地的外來客提供停車指引。 2、晚上想找地方吃東西，員工評價當地並無美食，但其實在附近有家樂福，而且在彰化客運附近有一條熱食街，能找到不錯的餐點。

    房間完全不通風，進去不知什麼味道超重，飯店沒停車位，需停路旁～ 當天早上早餐飯店特別為日本旅客，留位子，所以散客需跟陸客搶位子，吃早餐～
