Everything we needed!”
We loved Nanda Heritage! It was the end of our 3 week honeymoon. My husband and I stayed at 4-5 star hotels/resorts in Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. Nanda Heritage was our last stop and it was everything we needed! The staff were excellent! Really helpful and kind. The restaurant food was heavenly!! With a really great happy hour. The rooms are large, good bathroom, decent shower, great working air con but the air con was quite loud. If you were a light sleeper I think it would be a problem. Comfortable beds and pillows. Our room was on the main road but didn't hear any traffic. Breakfast had a variety of Western and Eastern meals with all the basics - toast, jam, cereal, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee and juice. Location was great for us. We walked along the canal to Khaosan Rd. There are loads of restaurants hidden close by. Some fine dining, others cheaper and loads of local eats. Nanda Heritage provided everything we needed and lots more.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, breakfast was good! My partner and I spent two nights here after a long flight from California and it was perfect for lounging, catching up on sleep, and acclimating to the time change! I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful - we arrived hours early and we were able to check in and go to our room (for a fee) The pool area is truly stunning - you almost don't want to leave!

Great heritage style hotel with lovely food”
Nice and clean, interesting "heritage" style hotel, with beautiful internal courtyard and small stylish pool. There is a gym too. For us the highlight was the little restaurant with delicious food and pleasant service. Also it is located quite conveniently for the Kao San Rd district.

Clean, friendly hotel ”
It was clean and friendly, had a delicious restaurant right next to the hotel. Convenience store near by. Takes about 20minutes to Kaosan road by walking. No metro or BTS station near by

decent location”
Good hotel in a decent location, not far from democracy monument etc. The hotel is nicely decorated with a good ambience. The rooms are well appointed with comfy beds, black out curtains, safe (not laptop compatible. The bathroom was huge with a fairly decent shower. The towels where of good quality as well. Tea, coffee and a kettle where provided, and there is a fridge as well. The hotel also offers a free tuk-tuk service to the grand palace and koh San road should you wish - which is a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent - though some of the dishes could/ should be covered and a little warmer. The only downside was the volume of the air conditioning , which for both of us (one light and one heavy sleeper) was way too loud even on the lowest fan setting, which meant that we did not get a great nights sleep.

Excellent”
The price was great and the facilities are excellent - the pool is small but beautiful and there is a gym for those who want to work out. The location is good for people who are going to see old Bangkok and close to Khaosan Road, but it is not connected or close to any train stations and so getting to places besides Bangkok are a bit of a chore (mostly due to traffic). Staff were very kind and the room was nice considering the price we paid.

Staff are nice, place is clean and the pool is lovely, beds are comfy. It’s quiet inside the rooms even though the hotel is located right next to the road. Recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had an early flight so they packed a breakfast for us. The room was clean and water was provided. The room was very hot with air con taking a bit of time.
