"Room cleanliness and housekeeping standards were excellent, amenities such as bathroom essentials and bottled drinking water were abundantly supplied. One of the housekeepers was mindful we had young kids and took extra effort to ensure our needs were met, without us even asking (!) Coin laundry and dryer facilities were simple to use, reasonably priced and clean. Breakfast spread was good, simple but sufficient. Must compliment the customer service attitude by one of the staff members(秦小姐), never fails to impress with her diligence and thoughtfulness despite the often busy and understaffed situation at the breakfast area. Hotel’s location might the only downside since it’s away from the usual touristy areas. That said, it’s a short walking distance to Nangang transport hub (MRT,HSR,Inter-City Bus) and a reasonably large shopping mall so it’s still convenient in that sense. Overall, a wonderful experience and worth repeating! "

"1. room the room is a little small but i had a comfortable stay there. i was greeted by courteous receptionists.there was a set of complimentary snacks and fruits. there's room wifi. 2. bathroom the bathroom amenities are adequate - soap, shampoo, lotion, comb, dental care, basic sanitary care for ladies, cotton pad, cotton bud, razor. the only problem was no heated water on the first night as there was high occupancy. on the second night, i got my hot water bath. 3. hotel breakfast wonderful spread! the menu changes so you get to try something new everyday. 4. staff polite and excellent service. they helped to book a cab and would tell the drivers where my destination. they also checked train/bus direction to other places which are further and more expensive if i take the cab. 5. entertainment if you like to watch taiwan's tv programs, you'll love the wide selection here. english channels (news, movies, doc) are available. you can take a cab to raohe night market, 10 mins. 6. from taoyuan airport it's a little far (10-15 min walk) from the metro train station exit 3 - last station nangang exhibition centre along blue/brown line towards nangang. there's a direct bus (kuoguang bus co) that goes to the exhibition centre from taoyuan airport. bus ticket is cheap, one-way twd115. for return ticket, go to the same bus stop where you alighted (opposite mr brown coffee) and buy from the bus conductor (give exact amount. note: easycard not accepted) or ticket station if it's open (beside mr brown). check with hotel reception for bus timings because it's not frequent. directions: 1. alight, face exhibition hall, turn left 2. walk to road junction and cross to the side opposite mr brown 3. continue to walk down alongside a light greyish building, you'll see small glass blocks (they go to underground carparks) on the left 4. cross in same direction (taiwan bank banner is behind you) at road junction 5. you'll see hotel on your right, with "

"This hotel is very new or newly renovated, you can tell by one look at the silicon in the bathroom. The facilities are quite high tech, with a master control light switch and self cleaning toilet bowl. The best thing about this hotel is that it is literally about 20m from the MRT exit, making its location so ideal, There are also lots of eateries and convenience stores right outside the hotel. Walking distance to night market and shopping district and songshan line."
