I got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the interior of the hotel (great view btw) and there’s room service/enquiry via WeChat. The staff were immensely helpful and polite making my stay there a great experience.

Good deal for a 5-star hotel, if only it meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel”
Cons: No gym or pool. Room is fairly small. Only serves instant coffee in room. Shampoo and body wash are from never-heard-of manufacturers. Beds are small -double twin-size beds or single queen-size. Pro: It’s less than 100 dollars a night. At least they change the sheets and towels. Staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Location is fairly good.

Great location, near train station and a big shopping mall with good restaurants. Breakfast was an impressive spread. Staff were very helpful in offering assistance and advice for attractions and train bookings. Worth every penny.
