Noisy and uncompassionate customer service ”
Location and facilities were usual as like a studio apartment. Renovation started right above us at 8am. Spoke to the staff but they were uncompassionate.

Clean spacious room”
Difficult to find as it is within a residential building, but the room was spacious, clean and the washing machine was very helpful. A number of local food options close by and a small supermarket at the bottom of the building. About a 10 minute walk to the metro.

The wifi was the worst!, cleanliness is poor and the staff on the night shift were horrible. Other than that, there are some broken furniture especially the extra bed, it was unacceptable

位置太难找，绕了一大圈才找到，而且定了房间到了居然告诉我们没有了，要我们绕到另一个地方住的，最好提前跟客服打电话。

公寓房，订的是家庭房设备齐全但有些旧，晚上走廊没灯。前台服务很好，程阁老巷里面不是很难找。

地点方便
跟老婆住了一个晚上，感觉很不错，房间还是挺温馨的，各方面都不错。离新街口也挺近。感觉比住快捷更有家的感觉。
