Just only one thing Service staff need to learn english language
Obviously this is a professional long stay hotel, but was perfect for my wife and I on our last night of a fantastic Chinese journey. Overall this was the best value for money of the 6 places we stayed in China. The location is great for getting to the Nansha to HK ferry. Be aware that the port of HK customs entry is very busy and not well organized. It was the wo...

A well laid buffet & a good loaction. The hotel is very close to Ferry terminal. Hence it becomes easy to commute to & fro Hongkong any time.
The facility and room are very clean and new, including gym room and restaurant. No dust on glass cup. Service is also better than so many Hotel in China. Location is close to Port of Nansha. It takes around half and hour to Nansha city center by car. As for breakfast buffet, not so many choices, but enough for me. There are salad, bacon, egg, toast, corn, sweet pota...

I did not try the room service as there were many restaurants within walking distance. Est. travelling time by private car to Guangzhou city is about 1 hour, Nansha Ferry Terminal (To HK) is about 10 mins and Nansha Bus Terminal is ...
All the staffs are nice and welcome you everytime. The CS is much better than the other 5-star hotel. I really got a great experience there. But one thing is that the location is inconvenient and hard to get access. Only a bus or booked car can reach it.
