Good resort - renovated and on the beach.”
enjoyed the stay with my children.. and parents.. affordable.... and value for money..
Good Place to Stay”
They should keep the restaurant & Bar open atleast till midnight since Goa is a tourist spot and people tend to have late nights. The pool also closes at 6 PM which is disappointing; I was hoping to dip into the pool at 9 PM with my beer in hand.
Relax and Enjoy Nature ”
Clean It is far from the city
could have been better”
Our stay in summer was good there except some amenities need to be modified to suit the requirements of guests like pool it closes at 6pm which is awfully inconvenient in summer, the distance to beach is half a kilometre and runs from backyard on a side road. There is no ice when we needed it. The kitchen is good and breakfast is okay. While the lawn and garden is efficiently maintained, it's far from any other hotels so you have to eat there only,no music in the evening you end up what to do after 7pm if you are non alcoholic, no games for kids, good to have peacetime
take room in the main hotel area
Isolated location with great beach”
Nanu beach resort - Ayurvedic massage Although, I have experienced many forms of massage around the world, this was the 1st time to experience Ayurvedic massage. I booked a 3 day package including general massage, scalp massage and steam bath. My therapist was male. Guys, if you are not comfortable you should stop here. After undressing completely; you start face down while the therapists pours the oil along the length of your body. I work out frequently and usually request for deep pressure tissue massage. This time, it was like a turkey basting and I was lathered up enough to put into a deep fryer. 20 min later, you turn face up fully exposed. The therapist is careful to avoid the groin area. Sensitive areas of massage Include the armpits, breast and stomach, I felt like a vintage car being rubbed down the entire length of my body. The most relaxing part was the face and scalp massage. It was followed by a 15 min herbal steam bath. The final therapy was a medicated oil sinus cleansing for sinusitis. I found it irritated my nasal cavity and struggled to experience the benefit. Sirodhara treatment was the last recommended procedure before the plane ride home. it is a constant oil pour on your forehead and through your hair. This is supposed to assist with dementia, neurological disorders and memory. Overall treatment 2.5/5 no comparison to a Chinese foot or traditional Thai massage. cleanliness and hygienic practices could be significantly improved.
Well maintained comfy resort with a clean beach.”
We reached after an arduous drive from Mangalore dodging potholes and braving heavy downpour. Once inside our room we had our much needed rest and were ready for our evening business visits and much awaited dinner at Martin's corner, which is nearby. Next day, being a Sunday, we had a delightful breakfast after a nice stroll in the beach for about an hour. Some good rest later we were ready for our search for a cozy place for lunch, which we found one near Colva beach and thoroughly enjoyed it. Again some nap in the room and some shopping in the evening and back to bed for another night of good rest. Fresh in the morning for a day of hard work and a long drive after that to Mangalore, we were up early but heavy rains played spoil sport as we could hardly make it out even for breakfast with pouring rain and lashing winds. It was like the peak monsoon rains. While checking out we appreciated the staff for their cordial service and good room and surroundings. Short trip but sweet.
