Good value Good local location”
Well maintained older grand hotel. Needs only some minor polishing to return it to it's former glory. Located close to Kao Takiab beach and water park. 5 min away from hustle of Hua Hin. Still recovering from. Covid downturn, Restaurant was closed but nice pool to cool off. Great local food at reasonable prices. Would stay again, no doubt this place will survive and thrive again.

The hotel is quite old built. It’s located to beautiful and cleaner beaches in Huahin so that’s the bonus with this place. Staff were friendly enough.

Cozy Napalai”
We booked Napalai Resort & Spa after reading review on Agoda website and we are quite impressed with the hotel. We really like the hotel as the room is very clean and the hotel itself is in a very good condition. Even though there is no beachfront, the beach is just in a walking distance. There is quite a few selection for breakfast. The taste of the food is pretty good. The hotel location is very convenient, not too far from downtown Hua Hin. We would not mind going back again.

Napalai Resort and Spa”
The Napalai Resort and Spa presents itself very well. It comes over as a very classy hotel. From the moment you arrive at the reception you are well looked after, you are presented with a very nice complimentary drink. The resort is located in a lovely area of Hua Hin, Kha Takiab, and has a lovely outlook of hills, temples, and the ocean.

A most comfortable and enjoyable stay!”
Our stay at this property was awesome. Very relaxing hotel, extremely clean and well maintained by conscientious staff. Breakfast buffet was varied and well presented. The neighborhood has several very good local restaurants in walking distance, and there are 2 lovely and different beaches a short walk as well. Lovely pool and spa areas, lots of loungers available. TukTuk to Hua Hin is easily available for nominal charge, although we spent 1 week at the Napalai and a 2nd week in town, which was fun. Planning a return visit to Napalai next year - it is now one of our new favs!

Good Value”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Napalai Hotel. It is in the quieter end of Hua Hin at Kao Takiab which suited us better than staying in a central high rise. The room was smart and comfortable with plenty of room for 4 of us. The hotel was a pleasant five minute walk ( ten if you are slow) to the beach and an easy taxi ride into town if you wanted something livelier in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel and service with a smile”
The Napalai is a very clean and neat hotel. The staff are excellent and the rooms large. Although a little way from the main town of Hua Hin it's no problem finding transport. I can highly reccomend the Napalai as a value for money hotel, and will certainly be staying there for my future visits.

nice hotel near the sea”
hotel easy to find and not too big. ok it's not on the beach but that means it less expensive than other options in khao takiab. you probably need your own transport - if you don't have than i suggest stay in hua hin itself. but it's quieter here and the beach is clean and the sea not rough.

Napalai”
The Napalia Resort & Spa is a lovely hotel with excellent standard of service. The room was of a high standard with a nice view of the mountain opposite. The room was cleaned and sericed every day. The mini bar was good although I found that the prices were more than I expected. The breakfasts were very good indeed taken either around the lovely swimming pool or in the air conditioned restaurant. The lunch menu was varied and also of a high standard. Tours can easily be arranged from the ever helpful hotel staff. Taxis are readily available to take you where ever you wish to go.

Better than the pictures”
This is a new hotel, which has a high standard of cleanliness with good bathrooms. It deserves it's 4 star status. The pool is a suitable size for the resort but no sun after 2:30 means it's a good starter hotel or a short 3 - 5 day stay. The food from the menu was very authentic and well-presented. But they need more choices for breakfast when they have set menu As there was a low residence rate we felt comfortable and relaxed. The spa rooms have a calming ambience and the treatments with the discounts on offer make them affordable. Just put spa on the end of resort and prices seem to quadruple in price from those off the resort - literally. But to some extent you expect that and you are paying extra for the extra comfort level. We will return here. The rreosirt is new and will take time to build a client base. The staff though need to relax, they were a little overbearing - almost desperate to fulfill their duties. They need to relax a little - be more Thai - more themselves. And then the guest will feel less on show.

Beautiful and quiet new hotel”
it is a medium size hotel, all new, which develops around the courtyard with the swimming pool and jacuzzi. our room was huge, very clean and nice, bathroom was excellent, with both a very big bathtub and a separate shower. the room also has a balcony with 2 chairs and a little side table. best thing: everything is new and clean, with a touch of luxury. the beach of khao takiep is definitely at walking distance. our room was not directly on the street, which by the way seems very quite, however i wonder whether the rooms on the street side might be noisier. to get to hua hin downtown you need a taxi, the distance is something around 4 km, but the taxi stand is very very near, so there is absolutely no problem. definitely i would stay here again

Nice hotel and the room looks new.”
It was a really nice hotel, everything seems to be new in this hotel.Breakfast was ok ok. Rooms was kind of small for 3 people. The hotel is near the takiab beach which is 5 mins driving above hua hin beach. And the beach is really really beautiful packed with tourist during the new year. Beach is 10 mins walk from the hotel. Swimming pool is beautiful, but its kind of deep its 1.60m.. But swimming in the takiab beach would be a better experience. 3 out of 5

Lovely place for a quiet honeymoon”
This was our second visit to the hotel (for our honeymoon). I can't complain about the hotel, other than I think their free-loan bicycles need some regular mechanical maintenance. The hotel is at the quiet end of town, within 3-minutes cycling distance of the beaches. The bus is within about two hundred metres of the hotel and runs every 10 minutes at a cost of 10 baht each into town, taking about 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel and the surrounding area is very quiet - just right for people wanting to get away from the busier centre of Hua Hin.

Nice notel,”
The hotel itself was pretty nice, but they overcharged for a lot of things, such as drinking water and internet service (100 Baht for 30 minutes, which you lose if you don't use). The whole area of Khao Takiab, however, is overrated and overpriced for what it offers. On the way to the beach, we came across a river/stream that connects with the sea, which stinks like RAW sewage and had a mysterious white liquid pouring into it 24 hours a day. If you go around on the other side of the mountain with the beautiful statue of Buddha, and into the gated area where the local fisherman live, the strong odor of raw sewage permeates everywhere. In fact, this smell permeates the whole local area, even as you walk outside the hotel. It was such a shame. We don't mind spending a lot of money in order to be able to enjoy beautiful, clear, blue waters. However, this so-called "exclusive" resort town greatly misses the mark, and ends up coming across as a big rip-off. Oh, more resorts and condos are being built, which I am sure will worsen the pollution problem there.

perfect for honeymooners”
we traveled 3 hours from bangkok to enjoy hua hin's paradise, yeah it maybe far but its all worth it. we had fun staying in this hotel, apart from the location, its very discreet and breath taking views make u feel brand new.. if u stay in this hotel u will have to rent a bike to discover hua hin's paradise. This hotel is 300 meters away from the beaches and few kilometers away from the elephant, crocodile and snake shows. Do not forget to go to monkey mountain to complete ur stay. One more thing u should rent a jet ski to go to another island and that is worth remembering..this is a Sophisticated hotel, clean room, good amenities and the people serving us the food were awesome, respectful and friendly people. i could not ask for more... we were able to see lots of temples for this place is surrounded with temples and buddhas. we were very satisfied

My golf holiday”
The hotel is somewhat out of the action in terms of proximity to Hua Hin central (The Hilton locale), however this was fairly easily overcome via the shuttle bus system and the motor scooter I hired. Whilst the room standard was good and cleanliness was up to scratch, the breakfasts left a lot to be desired from my point of view. Although they were included in my tariff, I eventually gave up and utilised a local restaurant (run by ex-pats) for breakfasts. Again, the staff were very friendly and I could find no fault with them. I only had one dinner at the hotel and whilst I acknowledge it was the low season during my visit, it seemed, during the 1st week at least, that I was the only person at the hotel and I hardly saw anyone utilise the dining facilities at the hotel. Furthermore, they didn't seem to 'push' the dining capability of the hotel. Overall I would rate this hotel at a touch over 3 out of 5. In all honesty, and acknowledging that I am likely to return to Hus Hin at a similar low season period, I would probably look to stay somewhere closer to the centre of Hua Hin. Tom
