Beth with customer service and Curtis our server at the Pelican REALLY stood out .”
We can't say enough good things about the staff they really go out of there way to insure that we were taken care of in full and immediately . The food was amazing , and the Spa was an experience my wife and I will not soon forget . If I could say one thing that would be less than perfect was the pools were seriously over crowded . There were times we had to stand and wait for someone to get up to get a lounge chair .

We needed a place to stay for one day because of flight cancellation in Chicago. Went on line and got excellent price on room. Had spent a week in Marco Island and found hotel to be delightful. Enjoyed boardwalk to beach with nature preserve. 3/4 mile walk with optional free tram coming every couple of minutes. Nice casual restaurant at end of board walk serving Greek and American cuisine. Catholic Church two blocks away for Sunday mass. Enjoyed Sushi Bar and Dinner at Catch of the Pelican. Nice breakfast buffet. Very Good value for money. Hotel located about 4-5 miles North of downtown Naples in nice neighborhood. Close to Naples zoo also. Has golf and tennis on premises. Huge winding pool. First class. Safe area to run including boardwalk to beach.

When we travel to Naples we always stay at Naples Grande. The property and amenities are exceptional and the staff is professional and attentive. To get to the beach a free golf cart shuttle is available or, if you prefer, easily walkable on the “boardwalk like” path.

I loved everything about this place. Right off the bat, the desk clerk gave me a free upgrade at check-in and it just got better and better. Not many people were staying with the China virus scare but just made everything perfect for me.

Great Resort”
My husband and college age daughter were here for a wedding. We own a place in North Naples we rent and needed a place to stay. We had booked a ARBnB that was below our standards. We immediately booked ourselves into the Grand. The staff is really nice and always beyond. The room we had was beautiful- cannot beat the view. The location is central to everything you want to do in the area. It's our go to when we are here.

The property is magnificent! You pull up and understand why it’s “Grande” from its elegant appearance. Pools, bars, food, beach access we’re all phenomenal! Our room was very nice but I wish it was on the north side of the building. Way better view and had a true gulf view. We could see the gulf but just wasn’t nearly as amazing.

Excellent service with great amenities”
This was our second year at Naples Grande Resort. The staff are excellent at providing a welcoming stay. They really go out of the way to provide friendly and quick service. The pools with special water slide and hot tub and bar make this a place worth coming back to. The beach side services are also excellent. The rooms are ready for some updating. But we find this true of most places in Naples. The hotel is on a really nice beach. This place is a Naples treasure.
