Friendly helpful staff”
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location seemed a little sketchy at first (as did all of Naples I guess), but we never really felt unsafe as we came and went at various hours. I would recommend it as a good value in a convenient location. My only issue is the bed in my room was really hard and bothered my back.

Lovely Experience ”
I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter and we had a wonderful time. It was clean and bright and had a great view of the port. The only drawback was that it was quite difficult for us to find at first and the elevator was a pay elevator (.10 for each ride). As it’s on the sixth floor and we were carrying luggage for a two week trip it was a bit impractical.

Large rooms with new decorations”
The best part is the rooms are new. Unfortunately the hotel is inside an office building which poses several difficulties for you. One is the fact that the elevator requires 50 cents to travel upstairs and it is only large enough for two people with luggage. The second is that the reception of the hotel is not 24 hours. In fact in my three days at the hotel I only saw the staff at the desk one time in the afternoon. There was nobody in the desk at 3pm on Sunday and was locked out of the front door and had to wait for another guest to enter the door. This is a big down side. Otherwise the rooms are great and the owner is very helpful to introduce her city. I just hope they can fix the reception and have a staff there more often. Most people don't travel with a working local phone to call in case of help.

Close to the metro station and the ferry terminal, lovely lady Barbara who gave us some great recommendations of good restaurant and places to visit, good coffee and croissants in the morning at Gran Caffè San Marco. We loved every bit of it!

Kein Parkplatz, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht dass das Hotel die Parkmöglichkeit hat. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe!!

場所が分かりにくかった”
ホテルではないため入り口が普通のアパート風で看板もなく分かりにくい。 朝食もクロワッサン1個と飲み物を離れたバーまで食べに行くが量が少なすぎる。 (せめてサラダとかデザートは食べたい) 観光地には近いのでホテルの場所探すのにうろうろしても構わない人はよいかもしれません。

地點很棒，離中央車站很近，地鐵出口也近； 房間乾淨明亮、浴室超大，還有大窗戶跟小露台； Alfred人很棒，讓我們早點check in，隔天也讓我們託寄行李直到近一點鐘；事前也很熱心地寄衛星相片告訴我們怎麼走到他們旅館， 很棒的一次住宿體驗！

拿波里Napoli Great View旅店:在拿波里一棟住商大樓內，從火車站搭地鐵或捷運約二十分鐘可到達，離聖塔路琪亞港口非常近，主要逛街也都在這區，步行都可以到，剛落成的旅館，有送一旁咖啡廳的早餐卷(商辦大樓內的電梯上班時間是要投錢才會動的，但Chek in後旅店有提供硬幣讓你免費搭電梯，女接待也非常熱情，會詳細介紹周邊環境。

חדרים מרווחים, נקיים מיקום מצויין!”
המלון נמצא בקומה ה6 בבניין שבבוקר הוא בניין משרדים. במלון יש 6 חדרים, אנחנו תפסנו 3 מהם כך שהרגשנו שכל המלון בשבילנו וזה היה דיי נחמד :) הקבלה לא נמצאת כמעט בכלל. רק ראינו את צוות הניקיון שאיתו תקשרנו. יש על הדפלק ספר של מספרי טלפון שונים של טיולים מאורגנים\ הסעות וכו. החדרים מרווחים ונקיים, נוף מהמם לנמל. המיטה ממש נוחה! מרחק הליכה מהרחובות המרכזיים בעיר. בכל פינה יש בית קפה \ מסעדה. כמעט ולא השתמשנו בתחבורה ציבורית. יש מטרו ממש קרוב למלון. נהננו!
