1. Impolite staff. I came and check-in around 8 pm. They did not explain about car park condition. Once I call for helping, they shout and did not give me advice. 2. There is no complimentary coffee/tea at the lobby as they show in the review picture.

The hotel not far from Don Muang airport ( about 10 mins away by Taxi ) Very quiet and super clean. Near 7/11 about 1 min walk. The price is reasonable. The bed is the most comfy ever!!! Nice place to stay! :)

No lift, difficulties to bring heavy bags”
I will recommend this hotel for people traveling light because there is no lift. In my case it was unpleasant to reach the room with heavy bags (Lift is never mentioned in the hotel facilities). Apart this, everything is OK: not far the DMK airport, pricing is not expensive, location is excellent (easy to find taxi, restaurants) and room is clean.

Okay for one night ”
Rooms are basic but clean and quiet. If you need to stay near the airport before an early flight the next morning, the location is good :Although a bit of a walk to Don Mueang Airport there are Soi Baht buses (Song Thao) that take you to the airport for 8 Baht. A new shopping mall with a Tops Supermarket and Starbucks near the hotel. Rooms have Air-con, hot shower, fridge and TV(no English channels). Plenty of 7/11, restaurants and shops nearby.

It's not too far from Don Muang airport. The hotel has food stalls around, so you can enjoy eating Thai street food with reasonable price. It takes around 10 mins to Don Muang Airport by Taxi.

Very convenient”
The room has a mini-fridge where the room and facilities were clean; however there were ants that showed up out of nowhere (on the 3rd floor) as soon as I sat down to eat fruits. Just make sure not to leave food around the room. No pool and no restaurant on site. The property is conveniently located very close to the airport, yet I did not hear any planes. This location was perfect since I wanted a room to stay for the night to catch an early flight the next day. Approximately 7 minutes taxi ride to the airport. This place is great value for the money.

Clean and cheap hotel nearby the airport ”
We just spent a night in the hotel (arrived from Chiang May late in the evening and flied to Krabi in the morning). The place was in walking distance, thus we did not take a taxi, rather walked and had a dinner on the way to the hotel. The night staff did not speak English, but everything was arranged via Agoda. We had a silent night in a clean room.

I would recommend to anyone going here to follow the train station signs from arrivals and cross the bridge to the other side of the freeway to get transport. Myself as a lone traveller with small baggage I got a motorcycle from a "rank" for 20 Baht. Just walk down the stairs to the right and walk towards the main road that runs perpendicular to the freeway, this is the road the hotel is on. The "rank" is on the right amongst some street food restaurants. Walkable also if you have been on a plane for a while and want the exercise. Roughly 2 kilometers on the right, just look for big gas station with 711, it's directly behind it with access via the alley beside the 711.

the family who runs this hotel is very charming and admirable. my only complaint with this hotel is there's no elevator/lift, and the aircon takes awhile to cool down the room. this hotel is very new and nice.

this place was very clean and comfortable! i wish i had known that there's no elevator, and although there are shampoo and body wash, there was no soap in my room. i was very thankful that the front desk guy took my luggage upstairs for me.

Room is ok with this price. Just there is no lift and they give us level 4 which is difficult for aged person and kids. The rest is ok since this hotel still new.

Near to Don Meung Airport”
Location is good as it is near to Don Meung airport. Nice for a night stay to catch an early flight. It is not deep inside the alley and there is a 7-11 at the PTT petrol station at the beginning of the street. Nearby local food carts sell good supper and breakfast. However internet is not working

Return to this place”
I stayed this hotel three times, but I couldn't sleep well. Because at all rooms, the lock of door at balcony was damaged and the main door didn't have the backup lock inside. Have no thief, It was lucky. The hotel should equip the backup lock inside main door and repair the lock of door at balcony of each room

Handy to the airport”
It is a clean and comfortable place to stay. It close to airport. it is atwo minute walk to the 7 /11 store and a few local resturants. At night taxis park at 7/11 so it easy to get a taxi to the airport for an early flight out of BKK .
