Affordable place near Phuket Old Town”

Stayed for 5 nights. Very good location, walking distance to the Phuket Bus Terminal and Phuket Old Town. The room was basic, but clean and with daily housekeeping + two complementary bottled water everyday. Everything was functional, except the bathroom tiles and shower hook needed some maintenance. The inn was difficult to find, and I had problem with the check-in process because I arrived before the check-in time. Nonetheless, the housekeeper saw me and ran across the street to assist me, and I was able to check-in immediately. Will definitely stay here again if I am visiting Phuket on vacation, with the plan to use Phuket as a base for touring the surrounding islands.

Functional & Really Affordable place to stay in Phuket Old Town”

Ideal location to explore the sights of Phuket Old Town. Spacious room and very comfortable king-size bed with nice pure white linen. Auto-check-in was a disaster for me but the staff was on site to assist. Clean enough. Fridge and tv in a room were a bonus.

After 6.00 PM. no staff to take care, my room during my stay at Go Inn Phuket Old Town, trying to use a Water heater on the night at day one, but it not work, until morning, then I can ask maid for help, it about to reset the cut out again. Overall is ok, WiFi ok, bed, furnitures ok.

Clean and cheerful ”

Clean comfortable basic rooms with all the amenities required for a short stay, internet has been very good, TV not really suited for western viewing but not an issue as we are on holiday after all... AC works well and the bathroom although basic is clean. Great location for wandering around the old town and for bus station No.1 a 5minute walk (The old bus station) to get the local bus’s to get around the island cheaply and to the airport for 100Bht 1hr 20mins

Unique and nice”

Easy to check-in Room is spacious and comfortable Limited parking space in front of the building but should not be difficult to find space nearby within walking distance. The room temperature is a little bit too warm for me at the coolest (may be personal preference) Need to fix the water drop under the sink. My room has no window but little balcony.

Had issues checking in as I had not received a QR code. Staff member Nick saw me struggling outside the door and was WONDERFUL! She helped me to check in, assisted me with getting my luggage upstairs and on the morning I checked out ran downstairs to help me again! What a wonderful person! Hotel was perfect and a great value, Nick made it an 11 out of 10!

Self check in”

Fortunately all went well for me and I had a great stay here. But definitely a bit off putting to have to check in electronically with no staff. If something were to have gone wrong or I needed something during the visit, I’m not sure what I was supposed to do. Definitely a bit of comfort having a hotel clerk greet you on arrival and departure.

Great bed, sheets, towels, tv, fridge, aircon, hot shower, complimentary drinking water and coffee/tea. Really great room, excellent value for money. The only bad point was the wifi, unsteady or not working well, but great experience overall

Spacious clean room”

Was a nice big clean room. Bathroom was very small and not as nice but fine. There were no staff, we only encountered one lady who was lovely- I like the idea of the no staff with the room key allowing you into the building, feels almost a bit futuristic. Was in a good location for food, Patong beach was about 20 min drive away.

Good value ”

Pros. Clean comfortable room in a good location. Easy access via a bar code on your phone. Good wi-fi. Cons. Hard to find as the sign is small and hard to see from the road. Poor TV reception and no cable as advertised. Small bathroom which means you have to step in the shower to close the door.

Recommended but note that you have to have Line app ready because thats where you get your QR code from them. And the location is also slightly away from what is shown on Google Maps. Other than that, its a very pleasant stay. The place is very basic but has all that you need. The cleaner is also very friendly.

Great location, few minutes away from phuket bus terminal 1, small shopping center, convenience stores, and historic old town street. Property has 4floors, no elevator. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, tv, small refrigerator, free bottled water, shampoo, soap, towel. No frills accommodation definitely value for money. Initial checkin is tricky, need QR code to enter (from owner) so you have to call when you are in front of the property. Same QR code used to enter you room.

Avoid this dump”

A hotel provides services. This place does not. Need a towel? Your toilet flooded? AC not working? …you’re on your own. Don’t waste your money and time here. Room is mediocre and nothing to see outside the window.

Online Reception”

Good and inexpensive option for a stopover . But be aware, there are no people in the hotel. You add their WhatsApp, pay, show them the receipt, they get you a QR and here you go! Unusual but inexpensive.
