Very much improved hotel”
I have stayed at Narai many times over many years and can say without doubt that recently the hotel has been improved immensely.. The 7th floor on which we stayed this last visit is better than many 5 star hotels. The room is fantastic value and at breakfast you get an exclusive spot in restaurant with a nice variety of extras. Breakfast is very nice anyway with a huge choice of foods. Better in our opinion than many hotels in Bangkok charging more than double the price. We arrived early but room was immediately available and the reception staff especially young ladies June and Kiwi were absolutely outstanding. Extremely welcoming and super efficient. The beds are extremely comfortable and the cleaning staff were top notch. Without doubt our next trip to Bangkok will be spent at Narai hotel unless of course the place is fully booked.

Fantastic location and value for money”
Narai was one of the best places I have stayed and is total deal for money with respect to the size of the rooms, cleanliness and the location. They arranged for a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a birthday card on request from my husband and it was such a sweet gesture to walk into. The bouquet was by no means small and it was a beautiful carnation which highlights their attention to their customers requests. The rooms are very clean and the location is central and easily connected to the historic sites and to shopping centers. The hotel is about 30mts from the airport and it is best to pay the toll and take the expressway to reach the hotel.

Have stayed at Narai many times over the years. This trip has been excellent. Breakfast service and choice is excellent. Staff appear much better trained and helpful. Scenery bar is excellent with very good Phillipine due. Both very good musicians with a broad range of music. Hotel cleaning staff are efficient and friendly. Excellent value for money hotel.

Everything great including very helpful, friendly staff. Rooms comfortable, very good a/c, fab hot shower. Needs a little tlc/updating in places but can't complain given the very competitive price. Did not try the breakfast/dining room facilities so cannot comment. We plan to stay again 😀😀😀

In addition we enjoyed early check in and late checkout which was excellent arranged. Not many hotels provide this facility. We were provided deluxe room on top floor as per our request which provided good city view. On the whole it is a great hotel to stay. We booked through Agoda which provided us with good interactive contact with their agents to clear our doubts instantly. Not many hotel- booking sites have this facility for customer interaction.

The First Time I saw the Inside of a Room at Narai was December 1970.....and have had a Love Affair with Narai since then. What's Not to Like? Location is Central,Cleanliness and A Great Staff-from the Manager to the Great Assistant manager to the Wonderful Reception Staff and down to the Traditional Polite Cleaning Staff. It's a Great Value for the Money if You 'Catch' it on their Better-Priced Offers. Now,Only if the Loud British Club at the Back of the Hotel Would Move the Heck Away......All the Way Back. This place was centrally located, not far from the small red light district. Relatively safe we walked at night so there was no problem. The restaurants did not seem so great as they were always empty. We ended up eating at this place called 25 degrees. It was the best breakfast place. It was less than 5-minute walk from the hotel, pretty affordable. A lot of taxi drivers knew the hotel so it is convenient. They also have ATMs in there. You can get to the Icosiam for around $1.25 with meter taxi.

We stayed at the Narai for three days. We're a family of four, with two young daughters. Pros- quick service, helpful staff, good breakfast spread though there was no variation any of the days, conveniently located near many seven eleven stores, laundry service opposite the hotel, great foot massages nearby. kid friendly location. Lumpini park close by for some greenery. We found a great place for local Thai food nearb - Madame Suzy's. Night Market close by and many local eateries. Cons- the room was very basic. Our booking shows minibar facilities but it was empty and they said we don't have minibar facilities on our floor- we honestly don't care as we never have anything from it but it just seemed weird. The bathrooms also did not have any toothbrushes/paste/shaving kit/combs etc. If you ask, they will promptly give it to you. Swimming pool is deep. Shallowest part is 1.5 m. So if you are coming with kids, bring floats/tubes as there is no baby pool. No kid play area either.

Our experience from Narai hotel ”
It was en average hotel, even though it was big. The room was comfortable and clean, nothing specific about the room. The personal were very polite and friendly. Their English is limited but they try their best to help and guide you. We spent 2 nights there. The breakfast was very good in our cause was not included in the room and we bought breakfast from reception which was cheaper then to buy in the restaurant. If you stay there the breakfast is recommended !

I've been staying in this hotel for the last 15 or more years. Its a very convenient place for business and shopping. This time i see a big change, The Staff, very specially the front or reception. Great service and the hospitality was great. A big salute to Blair, the great receptionist who handles customers very brilliantly. Within no time i was upgraded to premier suite for very reasonable rate. I wish them goodluck.

Exceptional customer services, knowledgeable of the staffs. Good breakfast. The room was clean and spotless. Water running strong on the fifth floor and have no problems with hot water at all. I would like to recognized staff name Py. She is very helpful and always smile and answered all the questions if you might ask. I will come back and stay here at this hotel again.

During the COVID-19 situation, the hotel then moved us to stay at Triple Two Silom instead but they still service and taking care of customers very well, my boyfriend was surprised to get a gift and card from the hotel staff for his birthday. Thank you very much for your kind attention.
