Deluxe Triple Room - Non-Smoking
Stayed 2 nights in September 2019

Great Value with Good Services”

We had a Triple Deluxe Room and it was great -- three beds with a living room area that included a sofa, coffee table, and area with a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, etc. The free shuttle bus service was very convenient - easily transferred to and from Narita Airport. We also took the shuttle bus to and from the JR Narita station for our outings the next day in the city; it also stopped at a huge Aeon Mall during their business hours. There are 3 different restaurants, a convenience store which has food, and vending machines which also served hot food and drinks. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our reservation with Agoda worked perfectly and I would definitely recommend using Agoda for the best rates and will stay at the Narita View Hotel again when we return to Tokyo.

Narita View Hotel - Tokyo Airport”

Close to airport, quiet, excellent service, good choice of restaurants, shop.
Western visitors are unable to watch and listen to CNN because of the Japanese translator, who over rides the English dialogue. One TV channel dedicated to English would be good.

We used the Narita View hotel as a stopover during our journey to New Zealand, and it proved perfect in every way. A short walk from the airport entrance to No. 16 bus stop was all it took to get a Free shuttle bus to the Hotel. Check in was very easy, with a change of bed choice being no problem. Friendly and helpful staff delivered luggage safely to our room, and provided us with leads and adapter for our laptop. Excellent bathroom facilities, although the bath was more suited to locals than 6'2" Westerners. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good value, with a large variety of familiar and not so familiar goodies to feast on. Lastly, our request for a late checkout was agreed quite happily by the duty manager at no extra cost. We would definitely recommend the Narita View to anyone wishing to stay close to the Airport for a day or so.

Wonderful Hotel, excellent Service”

Friendly and helpful staff, most with excellent english skills. Fast and frequent bus service to and from the Airport as well as into Narita. Quiet location. clean room. Good restaurants, some shops and a convience store all located in hotel. Excellent prices for room and resteraunts.
a little far from any sights/attractions, nothing within walking distance that I was aware of. Some minor construction while I was at hotel, so the convience store and one restaurant at the time of my stay had limited space, but this is only temporary and not really of any major inconvience.

I did only stay for one day before continuing on my trip to Niigata so I cannot write an extensive review unfortunately. My visit was very comfortable. Check-in was very eficient and all counter staff plus bell captain were very friendly and helpful and had excellent english. The room itself was standard or larger them most other hotels I stayed at while touring Japan. Well cleaned, with many complementary anmenities in bathroom including toothbrush/toothpaste and razor. Shower was standard with hand-held head. The bed was comfortable and the room did have 2 pillows, which I found to be unusual in the other hotels during my visit. The restaurants did have quick service and good food, reasonably priced. According to the hotel literature there is a garden and a chapel on the hotel grounds, but unfortunately I did not have time to visit personally, but certainly looked interesting on the phaphlet. All signs/notices in room were in english as well as Japanese, and easily understandable/well translated I thought. Hotel guests seemed to be generally older couples, so my stay was a very quiet one. I would certainly stay at this hotel again, and can easily recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay for a night or two while at the airport or while in Narita. Expecially a good hotel to stay at if you have limited Japanese skills or do not wish to deal with the hassle of finding and taking a taxi/bus to and from the town or airport while visiting.

Narita View”

Convenient to airport, great shuttle bus service. Nice clean rooms with wired high-speed Internet. Good vending machine access and convenience store in the hotel.
For us, more information in the room in English would have been good, but after all it is a Japanese hotel. Way too far from where we wanted to go, Akihabara. But that was a con only for us, not a general problem. Restaurants open only at specified mealtimes, room service expensive and limited selection.

We flew in planning to stay at Narita View Hotel and commute to the Akihabara area to do our tourist type shopping. I went with my husband, and another room for our grown son. The hotel is very nice, very clean, good water pressure in the shower. Beds rather firm but quite comfortable, with those rice-bran pillows. TV all in Japanese so we could try to guess what was going on! e didn't bring power adapters for the Japanese plugs or ethernet cables for laptops, thinking wifi, but they cheerfully furnished loaners for us. They were also able to change our dollars into yen at an honest rate. (However, they couldn't change them back when it was time to leave.) It turned out we seriously underestimated how long it would be to get to the Akihabara district, by shuttle bus/train/another train, but we managed to get there and back. I can absolutely recommend the Narita View Hotel to anybody who wants to remain in Narita, but to those who want to go to the Big City, keep the travel time in mind.

A great hotel”

Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, excellent soundproofed rooms good for a layover stop-off and great food.
Sauna does not open during the day. No pool.

Imagine arriving at Narita airport after the long tiring flight from London, then think what a pleasure it was to take the free bus (very regular and punctual) for a short journey to the Narita View Hotel where one enters an oasis of calm, assisted to an excellent room by a friendly and helpful staff. As I prepared to catch up on lost sleep I was offered a late checkout to suit my onward journey to New Zealand. I did not even have to ask. The next morning sees me enjoying the excellent breakfast buffet in the Patio Restaurant. I don't want to leave and will certainly come back, but the next time with my wife.

Almost to good to be true”

Rooms are very spacious (for Japanese standards) and the room prices are also very reasonable (You won't find many hotels in this price range in Japan). The only bad thing is that the hotel is literally located out of nowhere. The only way back to civilization is the complimentary hotel shuttle which takes you either to Narita Airport or Narita Train Station. I would recommend this hotel if you are here for transit or want to relax for a night or two before your flight. The hot spring is relatively small but pretty nice.

Nice hotel for busy tourist.”

I'm fully satisfied with this hotel because of its transporting system. I and my friends [all five persons] must reach Narita Internatoinal Airport until 08:00 because of flight's flight plan. we use a "Access Narita bus." to go this hotel from downtown of Tokyo. Next morning, we use a hotel's shuttle bus to airport at early morning. I insurance that this hotel's transporting system is the best.

Well located nice hotel in beautiful surroundings”

Nice hotel with onsen and sauna where you can relax for Yen 700 only. Free shuttle from and to Narita Airport and Narita, a town with a nice part including an important temple and a beautiful park. Friendly staff. I had a beautiful view to the green from my top floor room. You don't hear the planes so much cause the hotel is very well isolated towards outside, unfortunately not towards inside and my room was close to the elevator, but I could help for this issue and as a whole it didn't disturb me much though I was staying at this hotel for 3 days.

And the hotel provide shuttle bus from hotel to department store Staff was very kind and polite and room clean. Look forward to go to Visit Narita and stay at Narita View again.

AMAZING quality and great pricing”

I loved staying at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it for any solo, couple, or group travelers. There is a convenient shuttle bus to the airport and local shopping area. They also have a hot spring in the hotel, which is only 1,000 yen for guests (and your ticket is good for the next morning too if you go in the evening). I recommend avoiding the onsen if you have large tattoos and covering small tattoos though. There are several restaurants and a convenience store also all in the hotel. It was very convenient to stay here before flying out the next day. However, the bus stop information from terminal 1 is very confusing. I would recommend asking the person at the information desk in the airport where to go. The room itself was very nice and spacious. I would definitely stay here again, as it was very accessible to get to the airport, shopping, food, and take the train to some nearby attractions like the Narita temple and Yamato no Yu super sento. Service was excellent and very efficient. I have no complaints.
