LARGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED (CASH) WI FI NOT FREE!
Near 7-11 mini-mart 24 hour
Checking OUT has to be the slowest in Thailand ever!! Be warned. It's actually embarrassing. Unless you just happen to be lucky it CAN take a long time so don't think you/customer can rush out the door -your room has to be checked first by a member of staff IF they can find them on that floor - and then you must wait like sheep for your large deposit to be returned. NOTE:The 7-11 below the train station is much better than the 'family mart' opposite in my view as the service is much better.

Good hotel location!
We chose this hotel at a short notice for a one night stay and it was a nice surprise. Check in was present and efficient. We book an Executive Super Deluxe room. It was very spacious and clean as well as being well equipped. The location suited us as we like walking and the area was quiet and is close to the down town area. It is close enough to many sights. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes by car. This was average standard. This hotel was cheap and fair compared to other hotels around Bangkok. And easy to explore to the city.

Great value for a city
You get more than what you pay for. If you take the buffet breakfast you will not be disappointed. Only downfall us you may end up near to the Airport link railway side of the hotel, can be a little noisey

Good base for Bangkok visit
location, proximity to air-link, large room
We arrived very late, after 4 AM. Despite the time of day the check-in went smoth. The room was spacious, it had room for a seating setup, but didn't offer one. Even though the hotel is facing street you don't hear that much noise from the streets or rail-roads. The proximity to the Air-link (only a few minutes walk) gives good connection to the rest of Bangkok. For us the hotel were perfect for the last day in Bangkok, going for sightseeing and leaving luggage in the hotel for pick up in the evening.

location, price and ?
This hotel is not living up to its full potential as a budget property. The rooms are pretty good but dirty. I'm going to say that the management at this hotel is mediocre at best. The buffet breakfast is horrible and not worth the money. The hotel overall despite the negatives is still pretty good value but could be so much better with proper management.
