The villa was perfect, clean and big enough. Everything was available for us even bbq stuff Amazing location

Staff didnt show the whole facility for us to know what is available. We had to discover by ourselves

Big spacious rooms, perfect location, nice and accommodating staff at Nasma :)

Somewhat Poor maintenance and cleaning could’ve been better. Gas on the oven ran out day 2, but overall fairly Nice villa.

Location. Pool (sun facing pretty much all day). Team kindly arranged BEIN Sports for me (at extra Cost)

AC units very poor. Villa was 25c entire stay One of bedroom toilets didn’t work Lights in one of bedrooms didn’t work BBQ dirty and hardly functioned TV didn’t work (HDMI cable faulty, had to solve problem ourselves) Hidden costs not quoted prior to stay for the BEIN sports Generally the villa was a bit shabby (especially bathrooms)

Location and size of the rooms

1-The swimming pool is not clean and the filter is not working 2-no additional blanket is available even the capacity is for 8 3-the TV is disconnected frequently

- Swimming pool was super dirty( water was green) - living room is dirty - carpet is full of stains - every 2 bed rooms sharing one AC - No lightening near to the swimming and the garden. After communicating with the lady in charge of the villa, a men went inside the villa without permission and started filling the pool with chemicals.

The Villa was not clean and the furniture was extremely dirty and smelly. i.e sofa was dirty the white sofa turned into grey, the dinning chairs were dirty , the bed covers were smelly and filthy, behind the dressing table there were plenty of hair and dirt. overall very dirty home 2. non of the bedroom had locks or keys we couldn't lock our room no privacy we could only lock two gates thats all. 3. 3 bedrooms had no AC controller very surprising for all bedrooms there was only one controller in one bedroom only.

The pool was not clean

The management was close and available 24/7 to solve any problem. The house is really good.

There was a hole in the swimming pool and one friend had a cut in his foot. Some paiting needed to be done in the back of the house. Bird poo in the chairs of the terrace.

Location was good. Quite family neighborhood. Really can't think of anything more.

-The property withdrew the full stay amount - while in the (free cancelation period). This is against booking.com rules. When I raised the issue to the property people, the response was they do this to prevent (fake bookings). I did not appreciate that. You want to prevent fake bookings, place your property under non-refundable. Easy, no? -No one was at the venue when I arrived, which lead me to explore the basics my self and call number of times and ask silly questions (find switch for oven, find the garbage disposal etc). If you can't be with the guest on arrival, make a short video..? -I booked this place for two weeks only to enjoy the so called 'private beach'. Unfortunately it was more like an artificial canal of water that feels like pond. On day one, I got stinged by jelly fish and didn't go into the water again. -There is no 'quality check' which lead to living area air condition, and the freezer breaking down during my stay. My advice to the property people is to run periodic check on the basics as to prevent problems from happening when guests are living in the venue
