"Overall stay in this hotel was very satisfied. Normally will book only this hotel when coming to Nay Phi Taw for my business trip. No regret, no difficulty and no hassle at all when I stayed in this hotel so far. Of course, in my next trip will make use of this hotel again and will also recommend my colleagues to stay here whether for business trip or for leisure."

"Decent choice for a stay in Nay Pyi Taw. All hotels are in the "Hotel Zone" so you need transport to get anywhere. The hotel does offer bikes, but there were only 3 when we stayed, so you have to be up early to grab one! The design of the twin rooms was a bit weird with very little space to put toiletries in the bathroom, no place to hang two towels, and a semi transparent glass wall separating the bathroom for the bedroom. So it is best that you know the person you are travelling with or that could get a bit awkward!! The pool space was fantastic with lots of lounges around the water but the pool itself had green mold growing on the bottom. With goggles you could see that it was quite dirty. We did see staff cleaning the pool but this should be looked at as it could become a health hazard. Staff were lovely, breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"However, only able to stay as it was heavily discounted. It was probably built and designed for upscale travellers. Sadly, the capital has an over supply of rooms and hotels seem hardpressed to fill their rooms. Overall, impressive hotel in terms of size, facilities and design. Modern comforts are cleverly incorporated while retaining Burmese traditional design elements. Personal preference to sleep in a room without any figurines or puppets facing the bed :)"

"I really recommend this hotel to others looking for a good place in Nay Pyi Taw. The staff are very accommodating. They allowed us to have an early check-in. They can also arrange a car for you to go sightseeing in Nay Pyi Taw. The place is really good if you want to relax."

"In fact if you have to be in the official capital of Nyanmar and lookinf for an hotel you have a large choice. The Ace guesthouse is a big complex offering large well equipped room with a full service and faxcilities. The swimming pool is great with view of the moutains. Food is quite correct with a large choice for the breakfast. Price regarding the quality is good. Just a question : for what reason you have to be there: I mean this town dedicated to ministry and high administration?"

"I booked this room because the map showed it was across the street from Parkroyal. However, the Agoda map is wrong and the Parkroyal is actually 2.5 miles away! This hotel is at the end of a long empty road of empty hotels. There are no taxis, motorcycle taxis, sidecars, shops, restaurants, etc. around. This hotel and all of Naypyidaw is best visited with a car. I didn't have a car, but the hotel has multiple vehicles that can be rented as taxis. Wherever you go, be sure to have the vehicle wait for you. You are unlikely to be able to find another taxi to get back. The hotel will charge you in USD but you can pay in kyat when you checkout. As others have noted, the breakfast isn't real amazing. The hot foods are greasy. There is an omelet stand, cereals, fresh fruits, salad available. The staff are nice. "
