Location, location, location! It is definitely a hotel for the younger crowd but, I'm almost 50 and dug the place a lot. Honest walking distance to everywhere in Downtown Denver.

Comfortable, even better with a balcony”
Location 2 min. walk from the train station is a huge perk. Bed was very comfortable, nice spacious balcony where they allow smoking , and a huge Smart TV mounted on the wall. I was traveling solo so it was more than enough space for me; would be nice for a couple, but tight quarters for co-workers or something like that. Only downside while I was there was the lobby coffee shop being closed, but there's plenty of options nearby. Otherwise a perfect, affordable, and chic spot for train travelers, especially

AMAZING”
Oh wow. I don't think I've ever had a more pleasant hotel experience. From helpful hotel staff who went above and beyond, to the super nice lounges and the even nicer rooms! I'm just swooning over this hotel. There's a free 16th Street Mall shuttle right across the street and I got to the convention center in about 10 mins. If you want to smoke, make sure to ask for a room with a balcony.

Fab Location”
This hotel is in an amazing location for shopping, food, and entertainment. The hotel itself is quirky...lobby is a bar and club on weekends, rooms are clean, but don’t expect the Holiday Inn. Our TV didn’t work-no big because I hate TV. No cups in the room - no big because there were cups in the floor lobby with a Keurig. Things were not done correctly...my husband is in construction and found several small room flaws. Other than that...we had a blast. It’s quirky-but who wants normal??

Pros and Cons......”
Pros: Location to Union Station, Artwork, Staff Especially the outdoor cook on the 4th of July. Awesome club! Cons: For the price the outdoor furniture needs upgraded. If your a light sleeper you have to stay on the third floor or fourth floor.

Ok hotel; great location ”
Decent hotel with great location 2 blocks from Union Station. Can be noisy; ask for a room in the back, not street, side. Keurig coffee in the morning, no other food service. Irritating $10 “facility fee” which effectively raises room rate by that amount. Convenient to 16th St LoDo entertainment.

Great location, comforatable bed but...”
There are great things about this property namely the location, a comfortable bed, and a nice shower (although you should it is glass and open to the bedroom). The reasons I would not recommend it are the following: lobby is more of a bar/nightclub which in the light of day is not appealing and on a weekend night can be too much, the place needs a good scrub down, I had to ask multiple times for soap and additional (as in more than one) towels (I was told that the shipments hadn't come in - I feel like if you are a hotel these are top priority and if they don't arrive you find another way), and at one point we couldn't get the TV to work, and housekeeping was minimal. If the price was lower maybe $100 my expectations would have been met, but for the cost I will find another hotel the next time.

Great idea, not so great execution”
When we got there, the room we booked was already taken. We booked that hotel almost entirely for that room so this was a huge disappointment. They said it was agoda.com's fault. But also didn't offer anything to make up for that. The lobby is neat and I love the art throughout the hotel. But that's about the only thing I loved. The room had signs everywhere of being poorly maintained. When we got there our glasses were neatly stacked but dirty, wet, had lipstick around the rims, and the ice bucket was filled with water, clearly from the previous guests. It had the bare minimum when it comes to what they include in your room. I feel as overall it's a great idea/concept but being very poorly executed. Possibly a bit half assed, if I'm being honest. The club downstairs is cool but imo should be kept all the way downstairs. Its a tad awkward and offputting for guests to have to walk through that to get to their rooms. Not everyone is comfortable in that scene. A disappointing stay.

Clearly a party hotel. Not well maintained but the front desk staff was really nice. Would not stay again or recommend to a friend.

Offensive, dingey”
The staff was very nice, but staying here is like staying in a cheap Amsterdam hostel near the red light district. There are sexist murals in the lobby of naked women mid-coitus, everything is clean but also feels a bit dingy, like a well cleaned subway station. The lock to my room was broken, and the set up was odd: there was nowhere to hang towels and no easily accessible outlets. Would not recommend. And they need to get rid of those murals, it's 2019. We had a #MeToo movement for god's sake.

Double charged and underwhelmed”
I’ll start off by saying the room was prepaid. When I arrived, they double charged my debit card for full amount of the stay. Which could take up to 3 days before the bank can return my money. The staff was nice but unhelpful. It’s severely overpriced for the experience I have received. I drove 1,300 miles to see my family and all I got was sorry and a half empty solo cup of champagne.

Not all it was cracked up to be... don't believe the hype. ”
There was snow in the balcony/ outdoor furniture; no rug on hardwood floor to dry feet after going on balcony. Check in was an ordeal... had to go back downstairs for a different room since first one didn't have aforementioned balcony. Floor was sloped from bathroom to bed. Only enjoyable thing was the shower. The desk chair had nasty large stains on it. We didn't even attempt the free breakfast. This was supposed to be a romantic birthday getaway for my hubby but left a lot to be desired.

The shower area is visible to the whole room. The room is smelly, and when they ask us to return at 3 to get the room, we returned at 3:30 and was told room was still not ready. After negotiation suddenly they have room for us again but the checkin process took much time.

I will sum up a few of the issues we had. First we tried to check in at 6:30 they didn’t have our reservation we made through Agoda and also they didn’t have are room ready. They did give us complimentary drinks to apologize. Once we got to our room we found dried blood stains on the comforter, the room had a portable A/C unit in it that was so clogged with dust it wasn’t working and the room was roasting hot. The room looked like it was still in the remodel process. It was overall a terrible experience and we will not be recommending this to anyone!
