A totally infuriating experience and waste of money.”

Location: short walk to Tower, Tube, and small supermarket.
We booked here because of the full kitchen. Unfortunately, none of the appliances worked. We were without a fridge, stove, oven, and microwave for four days, so we had to eat out. Meanwhile, the hosts were AWOL. They did not reply to any messages. Not one. They were not reachable by phone on the weekend because the office was closed. At the end of the ordeal, I asked for a rebate due to the extra expenses we incurred but, of course, got no response. Horrible customer service. Terrible value. Avoid like the plague.

it was a great space in a great location.
It would have been helpful to have instructions for how to use things like the oven or microwave or what goes in recycling or where full trash bags should be put. it would also be helpful to have things like laundry detergent available to use.

Great location and well presented Appartment.”

The property was well presented with everything we needed, even with complimentary coffee,tea and sugar all we had to do was get some milk. It was a great size for 4 Adults and location. I also love that there was a folder full of information on things to do and how items worked if we need to know more very thought out for their guests.
Only a few issues and they relate to fixtures, the shower head was not functioning properly and the small bathroom’s handbasin and tap when used with a little force it would flood the floor with water. May need to review the mattress as my quest said they were a little hard.
