Beautiful but soul-less, empty place...”
We booked this place due to its proximity to the Krabi airport (15-minute drive only) and Emerald Pool and because we were interested in the hot springs. It has about 10 hot springs pool, but they were all but one, too hot for us to use. The resort maintains its facilities nicely, but sadly it was empty and lifeless. The hotel only had a few staff (one receptionist and one guy, who were both really nice). The food was not as bad as expected (from the reviews). The room was very big and comfortable: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and we received additional two nice, wooden baby cots for our twins, and the room was still big. The bathroom is also huge and clean and the backyard had two private pools: one with hotspring water and the other one with regular cool pool water! If you need a hotel close to the airport, we would definitely recommend this resort. Just don't expect 5-star service. But the rooms and facilities are worth a stay.

Two days were too short”
We arrived as a group of six. Three couples. Staff at reception was very professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. Bathroom is huge and well lit. Pools are plenty, about ten of them with different temperatures, ranging from normal swimming pool temperature to hot 49 degree Celcius. Water in pools is very rich of minerals thus helps to grow algae very fast. But the green layer of algae on the tiles doesn't mean that the pool or the water isn't clean. There is one pool with small fish that like to nipple old skin from your feet. The park is tastefully decorated with stone figures and statues. It is a joy to get up in the early morning and take a bath in the hot and cold pools, then go for a very rich and delicious breakfast in the restaurant. Mentioning the restaurant, there are a few things to complain about. 1st, TV running all day for the staff who seems to be more interested in movies and commercials than in the the comfort of their guests. You need to call them for a refill of your glasses, but their response is always very friendly. 2nd, the chef could be a tad more professional. If only there'd be a real good restaurant nearby. 3rd, there is a smoking section in the restaurant, so be prepared to get some annoying fumes while you are enjoying your lunch or dinner. In spite of my complaints I'd give Nattha Waree 99 out of 100 points. We will soon be back for another relaxing vacation.

Hotel with hotspring”
Looks quite old. Water and pool of the hotspring doesn't look very clean. Worst thing is the staff there. Especially the reception during check in that day, around 6pm. She had a cannot be bothered attitude like we asked too much about the facilities. Around 8pm, no one was seen at the reception when we need to ask about nearby eats. I think they are have a staff dinner or celebration that day. Manage to catch one of the staff (not the same one at the reception) and asked her for help, she ask me to wait and she went off and never came back after I waited for 15mins at the reception. Terrible. Will not be back again.

nice but remote ”
unfortunatly not much of this stay was pleasant. the grounds are beautiful and tropical, with lots of nice pools, but the staff spoke essentially no english which made this stay quite difficult for us. for example: i was given tap water at breakfast... as an American its not safe for me to drink Thai tap water so this was confusing. when i asked if it was tap water or filtered water she couldnt understand, so she just charged me a water bottle. this was understansably frustrating. then when we tried to book a taxi and a boat for th next day, the lack of communication made it extremely difficult, aka NOT possible. we had to figure out another way to do this because she was essentially zero help even when using a translator between us. not to mention that the taxi ride is insanely expensive. i would only recommend this hotel if u want to have a place basically to yourself and are happy living off of one restaurant, because it is too secluded to find any other stores, restaurants, bars.
