Be prepared to have your own motorbike, as GRAB/rideshare apps won't always respond ! For example, to get to KRABI town with GRAB it costs around 200 for a bike or 350 for a car 🚗.... But will cost around 600-800 for the hotel to hire you a taxi company . Anyways , the place is AMAZING. will definitely return. Super sound sleep.... Everything was great. Not sure why people are rating this so low or "unclean"... Maybe their standards are a bit crazy for southeast Asia hahaha. I live in Vietnam so my standards are pretty medium after growing up in the west. Absolutely blown away by this place. So many hot pools of varying temperatures. Peaceful. 7/11 is only 1.2km away. Will come back again.

The resort was clean, nice, comfortable, and really calm and quiet. Very peaceful, lots of hot springs, the pool was great as well. A little far from town or restaurants but a really nice place to relax.

Many beautiful pools in lush landscape, big nice rooms. Only downside was expensive taxi to and from, but quiet and romantic and you can soak in the hot water until you are a noodle

Nice stayover before flying home”
We hade a short stay here, very few guests but the pools were nice (some 11 of in total from normal to 45°C) The only downside (an upside for some?) was that it was very few other guests.

Overall it is a nice place with lots of green and hot spring. However far it is far from shops. Transport is pricey in this area. Restaurant food standard is very good.

Nice place to spend few relax days ”
be prepare to plan ahead for lunch and dinner. Sometime, they donot have anything to eat for the day and night. Probably it was low season when we went there. Sept 2019. There is no car, taxi or buses. Night is deep night like in a jungle, no where. Need to be confined to your room or pond.

Okay if you don’t like comfortability ”
I’d give it 5 stars for the natural hot spring pools (they have 9 pools). 3 stars for staff because some of them were rude. 2 stars for the hotel room. They hadn’t updated the place in almost 15 years so for 2 people with 4 pieces of tech to charge, they only have 2 plugs. They ripped out the hotel room phone so you can’t call the lobby for stuff, you have to walk to the lobby and request what you want. There’s no running hot water in the bathroom because they had shut it off for 3 years because they were closed during Covid from 2020-2022 and I guess never turned it back on. The public bathroom by the pools were neglected during Covid so all the mirrors fell and crashed to the ground and shards of broken glass were everywhere. The urinals and toilets were all ripped out and rusted fixtures and broken tiles were everywhere. Looked like a post-apocalyptic ghost town in there. Breakfast is a joke. Don’t pay the 150 baht for it. Portions are small. Food isn’t fresh. It comes out fast. But they used really low quality ingredients for the price they charge. Better to just leave the place and walk the 1 km to the 7/11 and get breakfast there for 45-75 baht. I spoke with one of the workers there. Basically the place had seen better days before Covid when had groups would come do the hot springs. Ever since Covid and them being closed, the hotel never recovered in terms of income and staff in order to renovate. So they’re doing what they can but I would give this place about 5 years to renovate it or until a new owner comes in and cleans it up. Buyer beware if you’re staying here.

The Resort is actually nicely situated and our room even had a private hot tub and jacuzzi. However, all the to-be-expected facilities were non-existing/functioning. No restaurant, no spa, no daily room cleaning, not even a telephone to call the reception to ask for anything. It was cheap on all possible levels and due to the fact, that it is quite remote, this should have been mentioned in the description. I would go there again only if I knew that they are fully operating.
