Very Beautiful Surroundings ”
Overall the Natural Wing Health Spa & Resort was a very good choice, especially for the price. The staff were quite kind and respectful to my father and his wife, who are in their 80's. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The WIFI works pretty well. And the location in Mae Nam is fairly quiet and convenient IF you have your own transportation. Some cons: The staff does not know English well, and communication can be a problem. There were things missing in the rooms, such as connecting cables for the telephones and TV, but the staff remedied that. I wondered about the restaurant: This is a health spa, but there is no vegetarian offering on the menu.

Lovely hotel with great features, pretty location”
The room was really nice, open and comfortable with a great big bed. The place itself is about a 1min walk to the beach, which is really great if you are in koh Samui to relax and swim. It is however, a fair distance from the city centre, so it's a better place for a romantic getaway as opposed to a party holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant served great food.

Nice quiet retreat”
booked for a nice quiet stay and it was perfect for that. our plane arrived early so a quick call to the hotel and they sent a transfer bus for us. airport transfer was nice and quick. room was very nice with tea and coffee facilites. we ate breakfast at the hotel every day (which was good and healthy) but did not try the evening meal as ate with friends. did not try the spa as we were too busy but seemed to be good value as well.

A beautiful resort with excellent service”
My stay with my family at the resort was awesome! We did have a great time at the resort. The staff are very accommodating! We reached the resort before 11 AM and though the check-in time is at 12 noon, the staff let us go into our rooms earlier than the normal check-in time. My kids love the pool. The place is great!

Wonderful garden”
It is a great place. No tourists. Vers attentive staff. It is just a pity that there is a road between the resort and the beach. The bungalows in the garden are much better then the rooms near the seaside. The pool is small but great.

Nice Hotel with excellent stuff”
The owner of hotel - an australian man called Angus is very sweet and always ready to help. If you are fist time in Thailand just ask him everything you want to now. The hotel located 2 km far from good beach, so be ready to walk or to rent scooters. The hotel's pool is good, the food and stuff is excellent. The same about pricing.

I felt like a rabbit in a hutch”
The hotel is ok but it looks too much like public housing to me and this is not what you want in Koh Samui, there are other options out there for the same price or slightly more expensive so just don't waste your time in this hotel. That being said, it is close to the fishermen's village which is a nice place to hang out at night so that you don't have to stay too long in the hotel.

Very Nice Atmosphere”
A couple in their eighties was treated very well by the staff, even though they ended up not using the spa facilities or getting a massage. The comfortable rooms are interspersed amongst the trees, and a small swimming pool and jacuzzi are centrally located. The food at the restaurant is okay. It was a very nice place to stay.

Hotel and Spa amid a tropical garden”
we originally booked a beach deluxe room, but they proposed us a bigger room-house in the tropical garden behind the pool which was more comfortable for us as we are travelling with two little kids. very nice and helpful staff, a good restaurant with a really good breakfast (they offered freshly baked dark bread!). the only thing that was not perfect is that the beach (and the beach rooms) is located across the street.

Nice quiet place near the beach ”
Great wind from the beach and lots of singing birds.. The pool is not always clear you have to ask the staff to clean.. Few good restaurants close to the Resort.. Family Mart just in front, really practical!!

Lovely & quiet place”
Compared to what we experienced in Thailand, traveling on a budget, this place is amazing and worth paying a little more to experience comfort. Our bungalow was cleaned every morning. Very comfortable bed ( which is a rare find). The beach is 2 steps away. The staff is really nice. A small paradise, away from the noise and a million of tourists ( you'll still see them, but not as many)

It's on quiet side of the island. Quiet far from nightlife and restaurant places. But if you wish to spend time in pleasant and relaxing atmosphere then it's for you. There is small and very nice beach just in front of bungalow so that at night you can even hear the ocean. But if you are into having time in restaurants and clubs then you travel around 10-12 km from there. There is family market in the corner what make life easier. Personally I would recommend this place to those who want to have a relaxed time next to ocean.

the grounds were very nice/tropical, fish ponds and frogs everywhere. the room was very basic, we never had the breakfast because it was over at ten and that was too early for us. we did not use the spa but i believe it would have been nice. not sure if we were the only guests there at the time as it seemed very quiet, monks came to eat in the resturant so i believe the food was natural and tasty

Beach, outdoor gym, relax”
we stayed here 2 days, they have a muay thai out door gym, so if you want to do some sport its great, we didnt try out the spa, but the rooms were big and ideal if you want to do some work or are with a family, also very big beds. the beach sun beds are broken and need to be changed.

Natural Wing Resort and Spa”
I inquired before booking whether our group of 6 would be able to consume alcohol as we were NOT looking for a wellness holiday and I was told "yes". Well - there was indeed LIMITED beer and pre-mixed "cruisers" available - but not the cocktails by the pool we envisaged as part of our tropical holiday. This should have been made clearer when we made it clear what type of holiday we wanted. To their credit, they DID send out to a nearby restaurant to facilitate this but this was not always available. Travel into the entertainment and shopping areas took a LONG time and was very expensive, especially if you had to do it a couple of times each day. The local beach was not very pleasant so even to go to a nice beach you had to travel. Really only suitable for people who are happy to stay in the one place and totally switch off for a few days.
