Natural Wing Health Spa & Resort
The 4 stars ranking is just a joke. Poor bungalows in a dark garden by the road. The swimming pool is a barbie bath, the beach club is 4 wooden tables by the beach with staff only looking at their mobile phone. This hotel must renovate and reconsider their client relation.
Nice resort with friendly staff. Nice beach but hardly any restaurants and shops nearby, most house rentals nearby.
Overrated place but not a hotel STAY AWAY :(”
In general the place is not bad for a budget travel but the services they advertise isn't available so in the beach side wifi isn't working, they would tell you that they would change the bed linings twice a week that won't happen till you keep asking, theres a boxing range very near to the rooms that is very load in the morning so you can't have a good sleep. definitely i'm not going back there cause there's so many other places in samui that is better. not to mention the rip off offers that they will try to imply on you on every time you ask them for a thing never hire a bike or book any trip through them its a theft you would go to chaewang or fishers men village and will get the same thing 50% cheaper.
Beach, outdoor gym, relax”
we stayed here 2 days, they have a muay thai out door gym, so if you want to do some sport its great, we didnt try out the spa, but the rooms were big and ideal if you want to do some work or are with a family, also very big beds. the beach sun beds are broken and need to be changed.
very close to ocean. ”
It's on quiet side of the island. Quiet far from nightlife and restaurant places. But if you wish to spend time in pleasant and relaxing atmosphere then it's for you. There is small and very nice beach just in front of bungalow so that at night you can even hear the ocean. But if you are into having time in restaurants and clubs then you travel around 10-12 km from there. There is family market in the corner what make life easier. Personally I would recommend this place to those who want to have a relaxed time next to ocean.
relax and peacefully”
Nice place; would definitely go again”
All the staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel right at home. I stayed here five nights and would definitely come back
Staff were great :) Had a few problems with power.”
i would check all things about this resort a lot harder before making a booking.
Everything is fair with the cost we paid.
I felt like a rabbit in a hutch”
The hotel is ok but it looks too much like public housing to me and this is not what you want in Koh Samui, there are other options out there for the same price or slightly more expensive so just don't waste your time in this hotel. That being said, it is close to the fishermen's village which is a nice place to hang out at night so that you don't have to stay too long in the hotel.
Time for an an excursions”
No people, slow internet, small poor room, good for excursion
Very average place with OK ammenities”
The stay was only OK. Upon check in we couldn't even find the right building to check in at...poor signage. Then took a while to find an employee they have spa services but are very overpriced for thailand, and even that part of the street and island. room was very basic. phone didn't work so we had to walk to the front desk to reach an employee.
It is a great place. No tourists. Vers attentive staff. It is just a pity that there is a road between the resort and the beach. The bungalows in the garden are much better then the rooms near the seaside. The pool is small but great.
Not to recommend”
Nice Hotel with excellent stuff”
The owner of hotel - an australian man called Angus is very sweet and always ready to help. If you are fist time in Thailand just ask him everything you want to now. The hotel located 2 km far from good beach, so be ready to walk or to rent scooters. The hotel's pool is good, the food and stuff is excellent. The same about pricing.
Lovely & quiet place”
Compared to what we experienced in Thailand, traveling on a budget, this place is amazing and worth paying a little more to experience comfort. Our bungalow was cleaned every morning. Very comfortable bed ( which is a rare find). The beach is 2 steps away. The staff is really nice. A small paradise, away from the noise and a million of tourists ( you'll still see them, but not as many)
Nice room quiet beach”
Lovely quiet beach Kind staff We like it so much we extended our stay
mosquito ridden jungle”
outdoor bathroom not a good idea in the jungle. a fair travel to any shopping/nightlife all advertised facilities such as spa, jaccuzi etc are at an extra cost.
