We stayed with 2 small kids. Everything was great. Specially the wet area (bathroom+vanity+toilet) largest I've ever seen in Japan so far within this budget. It was super clean and all the stuff were very nice and professional. Only 2 things. Our room with 2 double bed was a bit cramped, not uncommon in Japan but a bit more space could be nice. Another thing is the Parking situation. The was no parking or any parking ticket discount offered by the hotel, which would be nice as we paid almost ***¥ for 2 nights stay. If hotel can provide tickets for nearby parking facility with a fixed rate for 24h, it would be very nice.
I was able to enjoy my trip, thanks to Livemax. It room is big enough for a solo traveler. It has everything I need, mini ref, kettle, clean bath and comfortable bed. I was able to rest during this trip. It also has a microwave hence heating konbini food is easy. The location is superb, has a lot of konbini around the hotel and most of the tourist spots are walking distance to the hotel (Mirai Tower, Oasis, Sakae and Nagoya Castle). A lot of restaurants in Sakae and is close to Hisayao-dori station (exit 1 or 1B if you will want access to elevator).. My recommendation though is to have a variety of rice bento for breakfast. The same set was provides for 7 days of stay. haha
This is value for money. The rooms are comfortable. 18 sqm is enough space for 2 with big luggage opened. There are 2 hanging racks and shelves for your extra things. The restrooms are spacious too, there's a tub and hot water. And they provided toiletries and little things you didn't know you needed. There's a mini cooking area, microwave and refrigerator. Towels and robes are provided upon arrival and can be replaced if you let them clean your room. I loved it here and was always looking forward to coming home to our hotel room after spending our day out in the cold. Will stay again here and will be my choice in different cities.
It is very beautiful and spacious. The refrigerator is a bit larger than those in hotels, and there is a small kitchen, as well as a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner, making it suitable for those living here monthly. I think you can live comfortably. The hot spring is on the 2nd floor, where the front desk is located, and it has a sauna along with plenty of amenities, including cleansing lotion, toner, emulsion, body milk, and hair treatment, which is very helpful. However, be careful not to mix up the cleansing lotion and toner. The long wait times for the elevator during busy hours are common in most hotels. The staff members were polite and kind. Thank you very much! *There is only one place where you can get a discount coupon for parking at the front desk. If you ask at the front desk first, you can also get a map. It costs 1400 yen if you park by 11 AM. The price varies depending on the time of entry, so I think it’s good to look for a better deal.

“I recommend it to solo travelers.”
1. Location Good. I chose accommodation intentionally located a train station away from the bustling Sakae station in the downtown area. It was about a 3-minute walk from Hisayaodori station, and there were about three convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. (If you're Korean, you might be looking for an Aeon ATM a lot, and it's very convenient that there is an ATM machine at the subway entrance of the nearest station.) Sakae and Hisayaodori stations are connected underground, and it actually takes less than 10 minutes to walk, so the location was great. Personally, I appreciated that it was quiet since it was just one block off the main street. I didn’t know it at first, but on the weekend I noticed there seemed to be entertainment establishments across the hotel. This wasn’t a major issue during my three-night stay, but it might be good to keep in mind. 2. Cleanliness and Size of the Accommodation I stayed in a single room, and as is usual with Japanese hotels, the size is small. However, it didn't seem noticeably smaller compared to other Japanese hotels. The best part was the cleanliness; the bedding was very clean, there were no odors in the bathroom, and the bathtub was also cleaned well. The water pressure was strong, making it comfortable to use in various ways. I requested room cleaning every day, and I was satisfied that the amenities used afterward were restocked. I usually suffer from rhinitis severely in hotels, but for the first time in all the hotels I've stayed at, my rhinitis did not worsen, which was surprising. More importantly, as a non-smoker, it was very important that there was no cigarette smell. Apart from the smoking area in the 2nd-floor lobby, there was no cigarette smell in any of the hallways, elevators, or non-smoking room, making me very satisfied. In fact, I was also pleased that the smell of smoke in the 2nd-floor lobby was not bothersome. 3. Staff Service and Facilities During check-in, I was lucky enough to find a staff member who could speak a little Korean, making the guidance smooth. They provided me with a guide written in Korean upon realizing I was Korean, so there were no significant issues there. Overall, it seemed that many of the staff could only speak Japanese. While staying, I had to cancel a restaurant reservation over the phone, and since I don’t speak Japanese, I asked the staff for help. It was inconvenient that English didn’t work, but after conversing with a translator, they kindly accommodated my request, for which I was very grateful, and overall, everyone was friendly, making it not inconvenient to use their services. It was also nice that I could store my luggage before and after check-in/out. Typically, hotel refrigerators don't perform well, but the refrigerator here was able to freeze the surface of 500ml bottled water overnight. It had an electric kettle and microwave, which was very convenient, but it was somewhat disappointing that there wasn't a 220V-110V converter outlet prepared in the room. There is a large public bath in the 2nd-floor lobby; I didn't use it, but it seemed convenient for use as clothes and bags were in the room. 4. Overall, very clean and well-located, so if I visit Nagoya again, I would be highly willing to stay here again. I highly recommend it for solo travelers.
