Excellent
The Naummi Liora Hotel is in a great location close to Outram MRT and 7 minutes away from Chinatown station if you are looking for a place to stay for a night or two. The Wi-Fi is sporadic in the hotel and we had to move rooms to get a signal which was inconvenient. The hotel functions OK but we didn't feel like valued guests, just another number.

love this hotel
It was a really nice hotel in China town. Can walk to MRT station, 7-11 nearby. Staff was just nice always smiling and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was too soft and very comfortable. I would love to stay there again.

Need to better manage expectation
Love the location of Keong Saik Road with many nice eateries nearby. We booked the porch room as it looked nice and cozy with a small table and chairs to chill, from the photos provided from the website. When we were at the room, we realised that the porch was empty without furniture. Nonetheless the hotel staff was nice enough to prepare an outdoor table with 2 indoor chairs for us. The cushion chairs were placed when we were out of the hotel, when we return, the chairs were soaked after rain. In the photos provided in Agoda website, we saw the picture of a gym. It was rather disappointing to find out that the gym was no longer available. It might have affected our decision on the hotel we chose. Hope that the photos displayed could be updated.

Very good
Very nice staff. Hotel is clean and beds are good. Rooms are small. Great location for China Town, food and shopping. Also just a short walk to the underground trains.

Above average
Too much mould around the sink. Bathroom grout was old and yellow looking. Paint job in room was poor. Room was shocking small. Smallest I"ve ever been in in Asia. Noise from hallway was like it was in my room. Noise from street below as well loud mandarin speaking tourists woke me repeatedly in the night (guests mounting late night coach) and early morning taxi rides. Windows appear to be single paned.

Alright
Staff was great, room and bathroom is great. Problems: Thin doors and walls. Want to hear people rolling suitcases? There you go. Wifi was spotty. Will likely stay at nearby hotels for under 100 USD in the future just based on wifi and early morning noises from the hallway.

Good
When I purchased it, your review stated it was 4 star.I should have read your advert properly. I had to upgrade immediately at $30/pn, as the room was definitely non inhabitable except for those that were desperate. Being a frequent traveller I can tell you most if not all 4* hotels have a dining room, this one didn't. A BNB in Melbourne would have outshone this one. The no refund policy for this particular room was dodgy as once one has booked the room without looking at it there was recourse but to upgrade or lose the money. I need to reveal this to Trip Advisor & Face Book friends that if Agoda advertises for this room not to touch it or in fact for a little extra a 3* hotel also offers breakfast so try other hotels and stay away unless they are looking for location & good staff..
