A beautiful, tranquil oasis in Siem Reap ”
Although the hotel is a 5-10 minute tuk tuk ride away from the centre of the town we were made to feel so very welcome and at ease and were allocated a specific driver who was always available to ‘tuk tuk’ us around throughout our stay. The hotel includes a free airport transfer one way. The tuk tuk services in and out of Siem Reap were included in the price of our room but there was an extra charge for the Temples and for ‘out of hours’. The complex itself is so well thought out, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The dining area is open and situated in the middle of 3 fabulous pools. Breakfasts are cooked fresh and are very varied. We would’ve dined there but for the fact that the menu was very Western and, we thought, over priced given the cost and variety of the wonderful food in town. The drinks were similarly relatively quite expensive. The rooms in the hotel are stunning and of a very high standard.
Peaceful escape from town :)”
Navutu felt more than a wellness retreat, it was the space where we found peace, after some crazy days exploring Siem Reap. Their resort is really well build, embed with nature and allows you to relax either in one of their 3 pools or inside your amazing room Thanks for the wonderful experience Navutu, you really are a dream :)
Navutu Dreams is a very calm, clean and friendly resort in a busy city. The staff is very helpful and the general manager Jeremy is great; I would recommend this place for couples, solo travelers or families. Food is also of good quality, they use very good body care products that you can find in every room. We liked the spa also a lot.
Great resort with excellent customer service”
Enjoy our 3 nights at Navutu, we did use the spa and joined the Yoga classes both were great. We're very impressed with our tuk-tuk driver Mr. NOB who is friendly, sincere & punctual (actually he always came ahead & wait for us all the time). Also, the front desk staff are very helpful & cheerful, willing to help solving all our problems and make reservation for us. We're already missing our holiday in such paradise !
The resort was clean and pleasant. Its only like 10km away from the night market and the best part is there a personal tuk tuk attached to us.The driver was superb friendly. The stuff was so friendly and helpful.Worth our money..
Wonderful oasis outside of SR”
Spacious micro-resort outside of SR with very pretty and spacious rooms and three wonderful pools. A great place to come with kids. The only thing it is out of town along a very bumpy road. However the hotel provides free tuktuks, which is very convenient.
Back from 3 nights at Navutu that I wished would never end. The hotel really has thought of everything, from a warm welcome, to the beautiful rooms, pools (yes pools, there are 3!!) and all The extras like a free daily tuk tuk into town & letters informing you about the local happenings like the religious ceremonies bring held next door. I loved it at Navutu and would absolutely return
Wow. Amazing oasis. ”
The value for money worked out amazing for us becuase we used accumulated agoda points, but even if we didnt its still worth it. Plus we got upgraded to a bigger room on arrival. I would recommend booking with the free daily tuk tuk because it really comes in handy! The location isnt walking distance to anything but it doesnt matter with a daily tuk tuk. The staff here were so beautiful. The service and attention to detail was next level and they never missed a beat. The spa was professional and attentive. The 3 pools were all increidble and so was the daily breakfast. Our room blew our minds with how nice it was. We really cant wait to return.
I love that they provided Tuk Tuk service, awesome customer service, delicious food, and 3 amazing pools! Only downside was the spa, which could do so much better in terms of service, i.e. provide disposable underwear, hot water foot bath instead of cold water, and better techniques. Overall, pleasant stay.
Excellent experience with Navutu Dreams”
Just stayed in Navutu Dreams few days ago. Wonderful experience in tropical garden with 3 swimming pools and lovely villa style rooms. Our Explorer room offered pool view, it was such a bliss to wake up to this view every morning! Though a bit aside of touristic Siem Reap, they provide free daily tuk tuk for online bookings. You can use it for whole day around town and even to most of temples. We've never had such a convenient arrangements for any of trip before! Staff are amazing, calling guests by names. Housekeeping is perfect - rooms are well cleaned, and they have turn down service as well. We would recommend Navutu for someone who is in need of a good sleep: comfortable beds and absolutely quiet environment for the best Zzzz :) The only weak point is a breakfast choice, and by the way juice and honey are quiet tasteless. As breakfast is the most important meal of the day for tourists, would love to see more items on menu and better taste once we are back to Navutu next time
beautiful resort and wonderful stay”
One word to describe "superb" .. We had a wonderful stay for 1 night after few days temple exploration in Siem Reap. and we are so lucky to be upgraded to grand suite room, so big and pretty! it makes our day.. There are 3 pools ,so nice..we enjoyed our day at the pool side with peacefully, nevertheless it is far from town, but only 15 min to Pub street / City by TUK TUK , not a problem for us. Moreover, one "Free ride " by TUK TUK provided for us. Staffs are friendly and polite, they can assist us whenever we request for something. I like their service sincerely. Foods are delicious! The services of the staffs is up to standard, we really thankful to have wonderful stay here.
With Navutu you'll have the perfect dream holiday!”
Truly amazing and enjoyable. The Navutu team from the front desk team to our tuk-tuk driver, they were so friendly and helpful to assist us. The breakfast box set arrangement was great for our sun-rise tour at Angkor, it was just like having a mini picnic by the temple!
Paradise resort with memorable views & experience”
If you look round Siem Reap you will realize your stay at Navutu is on a different higher level. You are greeted with amazing friendly staff and the landscape is beautiful, and you forget where you are in time and place ! Our group went to 3 seperate rooms - I strongly recommend you stay at the Grand Tour rooms but in any case the Explorer rooms are beautiful too. The rooms are huge and there is a large bathtub and rainshower. Wifi is good and fast. The Grand Tour rooms had a roof terrace for those sunset moments there are 3 swimming pools, one of which is saltwater pool - one can spend many hours in any of the 3 pools, which are surrounded by candles at night. The only offset is that there were frequent blackouts or near blackouts but I think in the resort it fared better than the rest of the city ! Food is amazing, we have breakfast served in the morning - no buffet - and you can order food all around. The restaurant is situated between two of the swimming pools so if you get an excuse to stay in the pool whilst you sip your espresso or nibble on the calamari !
Actually most of them are very nice, i have good experience in there~The tuk tuk driver is very polite, wait us outside the spots, haven't left anywhere; however, the resort quite a bit far away from city; that a bit danger and dark went back to resort at night~ It should be better if there is a resort name outside the resort~
very nice spot”
it's easy too reach from the airport and also just 15 min to Angkor Wat, close to restaurant and bar terrain, very relaxing and quite hotel area where two pools are separated by the dining hut, would definitely come back
very comfortable mediterranean style room”
The best add onn service is free personal tuk tuk transport for 12 hours per day.this really make our journey easier.nice staff nice service, nice breakfast.i miss the room so much as i sleep so well in my trip. Really worth for money value, strongly recommended NAVUTU DREAMS RESORT .
Perfect place to recharge and relax. ”
I met my daughter here for a treat after she had been volunteering in a local school in Siem Reap for two weeks. She certainly recharged and we spent awesome mummy- daughter time checking out Kulen falls and the temples. Wonderful holiday !!!
This is my second time returning since 3 years ago, I was worried that the resort might not be as well maintain, but i was wrong, everything was perfect! We booked through agoda not because the price is cheaper, it's because i have some credits left to use. The arrangement of pickup / welcome care / rooms / yoga / massage all aspects 5 stars. The only room for improvement i find the breakfast choice not much to choose from as it's low season, they made buffet of fruits / salads / cereal instead and we can ask for Asian platters.. Otherwise everything was great! nothing to complain about
great pool and outdoor facilities, a little bit cramped but not too bad. Explorer type rooms look tired and worn, get Grand Tour room if possible. Fantastic , enthusiastic, friendly and competent staff in all departments make the big difference and make us want to return. Thanks to Jeremy for his support and caring. Food and beverages are varied, tasty, fresh and usually quick. Restaurant team is always helpful, kind and efficient.
Relaxing Oasis with Great Facilities ”
This resort is a hidden gem. The food was absolutely delicious, the rooms and faciliities beautiful, and the staff friendly as well as helpful. I will absolutely be staying here on my next visit. The only room for improvement is the types of pillows they use. They were quite thick and hard, which made for an uncomfortable night.
