Warm and hospitable stay”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Navutu dreams resort & spa. I spent three nights there. The staff were warm, friendly, polite and attentive. There was a personal touch to their service. There was a free personal tuktuk driver for 3 out of the 4 days I was there. This made it convenient to travel about town. The food was of excellent standard and reasonably priced. The general manager, Sharon, was very friendly and attentive. Even though she was extremely busy, she took the time to find out about our stay and to chat with us. The service was efficient. Even if you call for room service at midnight, they are prompt and pleasant, always smiling. The spa was excellent with well skilled masseurs - just what you need after a long day visiting temples. The location of the resort is away from the hustle and bustle of the commercialised hotel district - this gives navutu dreams an exclusive and private feel. All in all, this was an excellent stay and I would definitely return to the resort for my next trip.
Excellent experience with Navutu Dreams”
Just stayed in Navutu Dreams few days ago. Wonderful experience in tropical garden with 3 swimming pools and lovely villa style rooms. Our Explorer room offered pool view, it was such a bliss to wake up to this view every morning! Though a bit aside of touristic Siem Reap, they provide free daily tuk tuk for online bookings. You can use it for whole day around town and even to most of temples. We've never had such a convenient arrangements for any of trip before! Staff are amazing, calling guests by names. Housekeeping is perfect - rooms are well cleaned, and they have turn down service as well. We would recommend Navutu for someone who is in need of a good sleep: comfortable beds and absolutely quiet environment for the best Zzzz :) The only weak point is a breakfast choice, and by the way juice and honey are quiet tasteless. As breakfast is the most important meal of the day for tourists, would love to see more items on menu and better taste once we are back to Navutu next time
Cozy, peaceful sanctuary away from the bustle of town!”
Both me and wife really enjoyed our stay at Navutu! Everything went well! We had a tuk tuk driver who accompanied us for the days we stayed at Navutu and it is complimentary from Navutu. Althought it is about 10-15mins from town area, with the tuk tuk provided, transport is not an issue! and Bun Than the driver also brought up to Angkor wat and a few nice local eateries. The service at Navutu was great and we were made to feel very welcome.. Suvan was very hospitable and spoke good English in sharing with us about Siem reap. Everyone had a role to play in Navutu, even the housekeeping 3 member team who did the cleaning twice a day. We even had a complimentary chocolate lava cake on our 2nd day and it was delicious. there were 3 lovely pools where you can just chillax and spend quiet time.. the only minor issue not due to the fault of navutu is there was a funeral procession going on nearby where we can hear them play musical instruments but I guess it is all part of the experience of their culture. Spacious room. nice bath area with rain shower! Comfy bed! If you are looking for a peaceful sanctuary, this is it!
Peaceful escape from town :)”
Navutu felt more than a wellness retreat, it was the space where we found peace, after some crazy days exploring Siem Reap. Their resort is really well build, embed with nature and allows you to relax either in one of their 3 pools or inside your amazing room Thanks for the wonderful experience Navutu, you really are a dream :)
Amazing, Relaxing, Beautiful”
The Navutu Dreams Resort exceeded my expectations. From the passion fruit cocktail on arrival, the two sprawling swimming pools, amazing breakfast, free use of a private tuk-tuk with driver, rooftop cabana, fabulous spa...I loved it! I will definitely stay again should I ever again find myself in Siem Reap.
Navutu Dreams is a dream. Not overly fancy but not rustic either. Very well maintained and manicured. Excellent and healthy food (inclusive of perfect home made pasta and wood fire pizza should you need a change of taste for a day). And most of all, great variety of yoga, wellness sessions and massages too choose from. It is very easy to decide on the moment what you want do and don't have to commit to anything before hand, which is great. Sonya who runs the Yoga is great, and all the hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel does a great job at trying to reduce plastic (providing everyone with glass bottles and free water and tea all day), and you can tell that they care about their staff. We came from Bangkok for a long weekend getaway to relax and unwind a couple of days (with no kids) and it was perfect. Quick flight, short and easy drive from the airport, and close to great restaurants and cafes in town (beyond the temples of course). We will be back for sure!
Comforts of resort-life”
My husband and I were at Navutu just before Christmas. It was our first trip away from the kids and Navutu proved to be all we wanted/needed and more! Staff and ambience were excellent in setting a very relaxed tone for the holiday. The fact that Navutu prides itself on being a Wellness resort was also very welcomed as we were able to be part of the one-day detox programme; nothing better to rejuvenate and focus on our bodies than when on holiday! We were treated to very reasonably-priced and mouth-watering meals at the in-house restaurant and the daily breakfast provided gave us fuel for all the sight-seeing we did. We were also very appreciative of the fact that they provided a tuk-tuk driver for our stay; much more convenient then haggling with the general drivers! Although we didn't have our kids with us it was wonderful to see how the staff catered to the needs of other families travelling with kids-going as far as to entertain them whilst the parents had a decent meal! Reaksmey (the manager) and her team have done an excellent job of keeping the resort all that it's website says it is. Will definitely consider a return!
Great place to retreat to after the temples”
This is a great place to stay, especially if you want to combine temple visits and sight seeing with relaxation, yoga and swimming. The rooms are beautiful, fully equipped and spacious, with separate large bath and dressing rooms. The rooms combines a comfortable bed, fast wifi, understated furnishings and plenty of space. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. The staff, the products and the spa environment are really great. The yoga classes are regular and varied, the yoga space is beautiful, especially looking out of the full length windows onto the tropical garden during a storm. I would highly recommend Navutu Dreams for a your own yoga retreat.
Paradise resort with memorable views & experience”
If you look round Siem Reap you will realize your stay at Navutu is on a different higher level. You are greeted with amazing friendly staff and the landscape is beautiful, and you forget where you are in time and place ! Our group went to 3 seperate rooms - I strongly recommend you stay at the Grand Tour rooms but in any case the Explorer rooms are beautiful too. The rooms are huge and there is a large bathtub and rainshower. Wifi is good and fast. The Grand Tour rooms had a roof terrace for those sunset moments there are 3 swimming pools, one of which is saltwater pool - one can spend many hours in any of the 3 pools, which are surrounded by candles at night. The only offset is that there were frequent blackouts or near blackouts but I think in the resort it fared better than the rest of the city ! Food is amazing, we have breakfast served in the morning - no buffet - and you can order food all around. The restaurant is situated between two of the swimming pools so if you get an excuse to stay in the pool whilst you sip your espresso or nibble on the calamari !
A beautiful oasis just outside the city”
I'd recommend Navutu to anyone, the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, breakfast was quite a spread and the complimentary foot massage was perfect the morning before trekking around the temples too! If I could say one thing about this amazing oasis like location, it's that I feel they have thought of just about everything. I thought to myself the owners must have a lot of experience being a guest themselves because the resort and staff seem prepared well for the needs of a guest. From the way they are a bit outside the city (very quiet and relaxing).. to the spacious rooms, the included dedicated tuk tuk driver for your stay, and the way they were more than happy to keep our bags for the day after checkout so we could explore the Angkor Wat temples... even offering use of the pool and showers too cool off and clean up after a long dusty day on the roads around the temple. We wish our stay here could have been longer, and know they have just raised the bar on our expectations for other hotels in the future. We booked Navutu on a last minute deal on Agoda, so we got some extremely great value for our stay too!
Fantastic stay at Navutu Dreams”
Navutu Dreams is just outside of the main town of Siem Reap, but as they provide you with a free Tuk-Tuk driver, this is not a problem. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are lovely. The staff were very attentive, and were very accommodating. The pools are fantastic to relax next to and cool off as it was so hot when we visited!
I stayed 6days at Navutu dreams resort with my familly. I was satisfied with everything, especially breakfast and swimming pool, tuktuk service. The driver was nice and friendly, thank you! Bun Than! As well as Navutu! I hope to visit again on this Dec. Thank you so much again!
My family and I stayed at Navutu on our last day in Siem Reap. We wanted to relax and unwind after temple running and the markets so this was the perfect place for us. It was as if we were in a tropical resort and not in Siem Reap! The place looked exactly as the pictures and even better. The rooms were huge and beautiful and beds were comfortable. It was truly a luxurious stay and my family enjoyed spending the day at the resort.
Great staff, clean room, nice swimming pool”
5 nights during navutu resort were fantastic. I was depressed because accident in other cities, but kind staffs tried to help me and make me more comfortable. 3 swimming rooms are always clean and not busy. I could enjoy all my free time (even night) in swimming pools and kind staff always care about my condition and room. I didn't expect free tuktuk driver but they reserved it for me during 6 days. Breakfast was nice and they prepared breakfast box for early departure of sunset day. Location is a little bit far from central city but it is very calm and peaceful. So it was dream place for traveler who tired after busy sightseeing schedule daytime. I also could enjoy nightlife in pub street because driver waited me near street. For single female traveler and family, this resort is fantastic choice.
Always a Pleasure”
I'm an expat living and working in Cambodia, and Navutu Dreams is a welcome respite from the dusty, busy streets of Siem Reap. It's always a pleasure to get out here for a day pass at the pool, or for a "staycation" away from it all. Thanks again!
A great escape from the busy city life”
This was a fantastic hotel tucked away in a very quiet area. We spent each day busily touring around Siem Reap only to come back to the serene atmosphere of the Navutu. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city or close to everything this is not the place for you. If you want to relax in a quiet atmosphere with beautiful surroundings and a very calm open atmosphere than visit Navutu. We will definitely come again.
A beautiful, tranquil oasis in Siem Reap ”
Although the hotel is a 5-10 minute tuk tuk ride away from the centre of the town we were made to feel so very welcome and at ease and were allocated a specific driver who was always available to ‘tuk tuk’ us around throughout our stay. The hotel includes a free airport transfer one way. The tuk tuk services in and out of Siem Reap were included in the price of our room but there was an extra charge for the Temples and for ‘out of hours’. The complex itself is so well thought out, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The dining area is open and situated in the middle of 3 fabulous pools. Breakfasts are cooked fresh and are very varied. We would’ve dined there but for the fact that the menu was very Western and, we thought, over priced given the cost and variety of the wonderful food in town. The drinks were similarly relatively quite expensive. The rooms in the hotel are stunning and of a very high standard.
very comfortable mediterranean style room”
The best add onn service is free personal tuk tuk transport for 12 hours per day.this really make our journey easier.nice staff nice service, nice breakfast.i miss the room so much as i sleep so well in my trip. Really worth for money value, strongly recommended NAVUTU DREAMS RESORT .
Navutu Dreams is a very calm, clean and friendly resort in a busy city. The staff is very helpful and the general manager Jeremy is great; I would recommend this place for couples, solo travelers or families. Food is also of good quality, they use very good body care products that you can find in every room. We liked the spa also a lot.
We had an amazing time. The property is lush and beautiful. The staff was kind and thoughtful.”
We enjoyed many of the services and loved the yoga classes. We are planning on returning in the future to Siem Reap and stay at Navutu Dreams.
