        Have To Improve”

This hotel has got to move and check their facilities. Went around 5 rooms since some room aircons were not cooling anymore. Needs to upgrade in order to maintain it's competitiveness. Management has to look into this. Sad to see this hotel deteriorating.

        Nice Place”

Our second home in Phnom Penh. The place is nice and quiet, located in an alley but near the Riverside. Many food options around. Suggestion: Management should check and maintain the aircons and other supplies for the guests. Buffet breakfast was very limited and no refills. Same every morning.

Cheap hotel with very spacious rooms, good breakfast and only 5 min away fron the night life. Since it is in an alley, it is quite at night. Well the entire neighbourhood is quite. The wifi works but disconnects every now and then. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful and understand English. Just around the corner there is a massage salo with blind people.

Never clean the room, Never refill the water (Maybe only one day hang on the door.) Said breakfast included but they never really ready for breakfast said because no one was looking for it but if I want then they will prepare for me.... they don't bother. Terribly they recognize me as "agoda" am I just an agoda stuff? Room, NO Bedding. No hot water, the water was warm because weather is hot.... Air conditioner fine. Somehow, they shouldn't wrote there "breakfast included" Very disappointed.

        First time guest”

My first visit to this hotel after staying in many hotels in the area. I was pleasantly surprised for the price considering its location and the water festival in full swing. All the staff were always friendly and helpful. My hotel is getting old but my room was large and fairly clean. And was ideal for me. Bathroom was ok. Hot water but pressure only average. Some toiletries were supplied. Room had a kettle, glasses, coffee cups and tea and coffee. But no milk powder. Bed was ok, not rock hard. The biggest issue I had was the very annoying continuous screaming hotel family child that could be heard throughout the hotel. Breakfast was only eggs/omelette toast and coffee. Would I stay here again? Yes, I booked another night.

        Staff, location, value for money

The hotel is very close to the Royal Palace. Value for money (booked via agoda and rate was on promo). For the amount we paid, we got free breakfast (basic) and free airport pick-up. We emailed the hotel to follow-up about the airport pick-up and they replied right away. The owner is kind and accommodating. We booked a city tour through this guesthouse and rate is reasonable.

        Good”

It's in a good position, clean, good price with breakfast. Just beware which floor you are going to (6th is challenging with no lift, 2nd and 3rd are good). I dont know if I was just unlucky, but the 3 nights I was there, there were people talking loud in the middle of the night (and thats a back alley) and even doing construction work. So you might need earplugs. Negative: one guy at the reception offered me a tour for killing fields and Tuol Sleng for 20 dollars even asking for confirmation the day before because he said wouldnt be there the day after (and then he was...). You can ask tuk tuk drivers this tour for 15 dollars any time in the street...and thats what I did. Then i booked with the same guy transport to Kratie: it was supposed to be a minivan with no stops, but it ended up being a bus I could have bought myself for 5 dollars less! And it was a very long trip, something I explicitely said I didnt want. I dont know why hes doing these tricks, its definitely not good.
