Awesome place for family!”
If you want to find a place for your family, this is the place! This place has already undergone a refurbishment process. Check-in and check out process was very smooth. The unit where I stayed has facing nice greenery view. The owner provides all the basic needs like kitchen amenities, LCD TV together with Astro NJOI channel and 4 queen beds that can accommodate us (3 adults, 5 kids). The apartment is located not far from the food court and the playground (5 minutes walk). If I go again to Fraser's Hill, this place will be on top of our list.
FH Comfy Home promised, we will do better Clean & Sanitised apartment for every check in All linen is 100% CHANGED EVERY CHECK OUT,laundry will alert us if dirty linen not delivered to Laundrry, FINE is RM500 if cought not changed linen, we believed cleaner dare not take half month salary to take risk.

We book a few units from the same host for our family retreat. Highly satisfied with the unit and enjoyed it much:- This unit have a direct mountain view which is fantastic Clean and organised Well equiped kitchen - induction cooker, Microwaze & etc 4 queen-sized bed for big family 2 bathroom with boiler This block is with Lift Breezy unit & you can enjoy your meals at the balcony The host is friendly and accommodative. Will surely visit again. Security guards in the apartments are unfriendly, perhaps the host can raise this to the management office.

Great view from the balcony, all the amenities you need to cook. It's a perfect spot for a week-end getaway with friends. Easy for check in and check out. Just simple and fuss free. I would book again.
This unit is Lifted unit Block A3 is top hill, so eventrough it is 1st floor, yiu can overseem fantastic MOUNtain view We will do better, for Clean & comfortable Stay total 4 Queen best ideally for 6 adults & 2 kids

The accommodations exceeded my expectations. The room was not only well-appointed but also impeccably clean. The attention to detail in maintaining a comfortable and inviting atmosphere did not go unnoticed. The scenic views from the room added to the overall charm of the stay. I would like to commend the housekeeping staff for their dedication to maintaining cleanliness and tidiness. The level of professionalism exhibited by the entire team truly stood out. We had 3 adults and 2 kids , the 2 bedroom was comfortable with more than enough beds. We stayed 4 nights 4-7 Jan21, just after the landslides happened along the road from Raub and the road going down from Fraser’s Hill where 9 cars were trapped . The hill was deserted , which is good during these covid-19 times . We made used of the kitchen facilities which were perfect and complete for most of our meals . The microwave wasn’t working but the host got it replaced on the same day we informed her. We only ate 2 lunches out at The Smokehouse (lousy and expensive) and The Pines (Hotel price, good food). Just beware of the monkeys as we were not warned about it. Don’t leave the sliding door or windows open when you leave the house as the monkey will come in and eat your food in the apartment !! TV channels are limited, maxis data signal is strong though. View from balcony is magnificent , weather was super cold at around 17 degrees Celsius in the evenings. We did not do any hiking as all the trails were closed due to landslides. Doing nothing and enjoying the fresh cool and clean air is the best thing to do in Fraser’s Hill ! Thanks to Ms Yew for being a responsive host before and during our stay.
