The best place we have stayed at so far.”
Hotel is just awesome, peaceful, great service, staff kept in touch with us whenever we had any inquiries. Everyone is extremely polite, kind and helpful. We stayed there for a week, but we wished we could stay there for the hole trip. The hotel is kept clean, the rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony. The hotel staff keep close eye upon insects inside. We have not noticed any while staying there. The pool is also clean and is not that busy. Afternoon tea runs from 3 till 6 p.m. and offers different Indonasian sweets, tea and coffee to try. Hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the nearest places. Breakfast is just awesome. Portions are enourmous and look like a piece of art. You can choose one starter out of 10 options and one main dish out of other 10 options. Unlimited fruits, pastry, tea or coffee, and juice. All the restaurant staff and chef himself were perfect and did their best to cater to all our wishes. The room service is available till 23:00.

Best Hotel Experience”
Amnaya Resort Kuta made our stay in Bali simply wonderful. From the time we stepped into the hotel till we checked out, every minute was filled with genuine smiles and warm greetings. The Deluxe Room we stayed in was huge! It had a super comfortable bed which made us couch potatoes and the rest of the room was spacious enough for us to move around. The toilet facilities were clean and spacious as well! And daily, the housekeeping team did a great job cleaning up after us and even left us sweet treats and a goodbye note on the last day. So pleased that we chose this hotel for our honeymoon stay in Bali! Not forgetting the great breakfast too, delicious! Also, the first staff we were in contact with, Mr Nunuk, was gracious and facilitated us very well. He was patient in explaining the hotel facilities and even took us on the buggy when we wanted to step out. Such an asset to the resort, including all the staff whom we got in contact with! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Better than I had expected”
I stayed for 2 nights. Don't get fooled by exterior which looked rather old and the wooden parts looked rusty. The inside (restaurant, etc) was fine. I chose a pool side room with its private terrace and door. It was surprisingly spotless. The bed and pillows were clean & very comfortable. The amenities were complete (proper sandals, not one of those ready-to-be-torn typical hotel slippers), and having spent hiking the day before, I quickly jumped into and enjoyed the in-room bathtub😁. Oh, the hotel also provided proper shower gel, soap, etc with amazing scent and felt good on my skin (not the regular, skin-drying hotel soaps). The breakfast was a set menu which we had to choose from - limited options but no biggie. I also had the Ayam Betutu for dinner which was delicious. The swimming pool was right outside my room, so I could easily just walked a few steps to relax after breakfast for the usual Vit D intake. Location-wise, it's very close to the airport and Jl. Kartika Plaza, so it's easy to go around.

A HEAVENLY OASIS”
From the minute I arrived (too early for check-in) I was warmly greeted. They expedited the cleanup of my room by 4 hours and let me sit in the airconditioned business centre for 90mins. The visuals of the lobby and pool area are a stunning example of modern architecture with open air flow. The interiors are outstanding with brilliant room layouts that maximise storage and functionality without compromising space. Comfort second to none. Warm and welcoming service is world-class. The food is unbelievably good and focuses on local delicacies and dishes presented in gourmet stylings that are entirely instagrammable. A la Carte breakfast spread almost feels like a degustation. Other freebies, like the afternoon tea of local treats and appetisers with main courses are extras that make you feel truly pampered. The award winning day spa is a must have experience. Considering its location in the midst of Kuta's chaos of activity, Amnaya is truly an oasis that will soothe the senses.

A pleasant surprise”
Since the airport is just a 20 minutes walk away, we came to the hotel on foot. The staff was rrally friendly and helpful, they managed to cater to our dietary needs. We were execting the rooms to be a bit ran down after covid but they looked exactly like on the pictures! The view was also expectational. This is easily the best deal in Kuta. Cons: - the room floor can get a bit slipery from the water overflowing from the indoor bath/shower - Waterboom aquapark is literarily next door, so sometimes their morning staff meetings can be noisy (otherwise the place is really quiet) Pros: - Beautiful, clean, well kept hotel with great staff, for the best budget price in Kuta - Everything in Kuta is reachable on foot, most things are in walking distance - Their soap brands had really good scent Would definetely go back to this hotel again!

I had the best 6 days at this hotel.The food and facilities were oustanding.But the customer service you get from each and every staff from any level is beyond unbelievable.They walk past you and no matter what time of the day they greet you.They're the kindest people ever.I cant find any fault with this organisation.Some money changer stole my money and without hesitation they got security and employees to come with me to get my money back which i was successful in getting.I want to say a big thank you to Aqbar for driving me up and down daily,but also for having so much passion and always trying to your best to improved your english(which is amazing by the way).You motivate me to push myself. Heppa thank you for the oustanding spa treatment and for being so friendly. near to the airport, also not far from seminyak. walk 10 mins to beach or gojek/grab take a bike is cheap too. the rooms are spacious and clean, looks very comfortable luxurious. Best is the people here are all very friendly, always ready to greet us with a smile. asking if we need help, wishing us good journey. They do have nice spa and massage at their hotel too. Gym looks very modern with treadmill and training equipments. the road leading to hotel is narrow, but once reached you'll see its very big inside. I love the body wash, it's the dispenser kind, the toothbrush bristle is a little hard. room service is a little slow about 20 mins but no rush. if anything urgent theres always staff at counter. would love to be back again. Great stay at Kuta!”
Thank you Amnaya for making our stay relaxing and smooth. The check in was fast (we arrived late in thr afternoon). The room was neat&clean, they gave us two water bottle/day. I really loved the toiletries, natural-eco friendly-GREAT SMELL-nice on skin! And I would like to give a shout out to Bli Yasa, thank you for setting up our room for our daughters birthday! We loved the decoration, towels, and lovely personalized notes. The breakfast was a set menu, and we tried all the yummy food during our 3 night stay. The FO & resto staff was also very friendly and helpful. A very recommeded stay indeed. Sorry, cant think of any cons about this stay. Two thumbs up

We could not fault this resort. The service is amazing an no detail is overlooked. They are so accommodating to your requests. The included breakfast was 3 courses of well presented modern influenced food. The location is so central for dining out and shopping. The resort drops you down to the main road at any time you request. I did notice some people comment about the location being not on the main road. The resort is located down a narrow road, which is well lit and has other accommodation, restaurants and shops down it. It is not dangerous and you do not feel uncomfortable walking down this road as it is very busy with people. There is a small local restaurant just before the resort which is amazingly cheap and great food and service. The meals are about $4-$8 each. If you stay here you will not be disappointed :-)

如果我只能选择一家，下次来巴厘岛我只选择这家！ Our housekeeper is Ngurah!! He knew us only stayed for one night, give us a free upgrade the room, if you do check in, call his name maybe you will receive the surprise! And this hotel is the best experience in Bali, and the welcome CARDS and remind the card, such as outdoor temperature, so sweet! Recommend everyone to stay. Also, the spa of this hotel is highly recommended. It is very good and the price is good, but you need to book it in advance. This hotel is exceptionally large, the largest hotel available at the same price!! Especially, so clean!

THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED SO FAR!”
I’m a frequent business traveller and previously have stay fair amount of hotel to give this review. Amnaya have to be one of the best!!! To service, facilities, room, amenities, cleanliness, location, food and environment. I am lost for words. This resort have become my must stay now if every time I come to Kuta. This hotel serve afternoon tea 3pm onwards and the delicacies that they serve was really good! Just a heads up that breakfast are serve in ala carte, make sure to be early to avoid crowd and queue. Other than that, I would give 6 star if can! Amazing hotel!

Wonderful stay”
The resort is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta yet close enough to restaurants and shops. We had a nice time at Amnaya Resort. It has all the amenities one needs while on holiday. There’s a nice library/business area, gym, spa, swimming pool and restaurant on the property and the room/bed is comfortable and clean. The staff were wonderful, friendly, professional and always going out of their way to meet your needs. Arlene at the front desk and Agung at the restaurant among many others were super. I would return again and recommend this property if staying in Kuta.

AMNAYA HOTELS & RESORTS Bali This is our review of the hotel grounds and our room. It does not include the restaurant. The hotel is located in the center of Kuta so you can get everything you need within walking distance. Check in was very quick and easy, they have staff waiting to provide your refreshments amd help with your luggage. There are elevators available if you’re appointed to higher floor rooms. We were upgraded to Amnaya Room Pool Access #105. It is located on the ground floor level, right next to the pool. You have a private entrance to your private patio with seating, safe for children to play outside your room. The room is very spacious and kid-friendly, no sharp edges, fridge is hidden, no open electrical outlets, doors to both shower and toilet. Cot is available upon request and baby sitter may be booked ahead of time. However, the floor can get slippery, especially when moisture develops. Customer service is exceptional. Very friendly, attentive to your needs. They respond to requests quickly and they respect your privacy. Overall, it is highly recommended for families with small children.

Had the best stay ever at Amnaya Resort Kuta! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the rooms were gorgeous with stunning views and the bed was so comfortable. The amenities were amazing - the spa definitely deserves its #1 reputation and the restaurant caters to a wide variety of tastes. Special shoutout to Yasa my wonderful room attendant who did an amazing job everyday taking care of my room during my week long stay!! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting beautiful Bali, Amnaya was truly a highlight of my holiday and I can't wait to return very soon!!

Brilliant ”
Fantastic ten days at Amnaya in July. First time at this Hotel and couldn’t have been better. They are so grateful to have visitors back and doing everything they can to make sure we had the best ever time. Two examples, it was our daughter in-laws birthday. I asked if we could have a birthday cake at the table near the pool. Dee the Guest relations manager went out of her way to provide plates, forks, serviettes which allowed us to have the cake together. So unexpected but certainly helped us to celebrate her birthday. Another day our family who were staying at another Hotel were visiting us and it was afternoon tea time, the Resort Manager Yoga organized for them to receive coffee and the cakes which is complimentary to hotel guests. A wonderful kind gesture and very unexpected. To the staff Yoga, Dee, Lily, Arta, Puspa, Tana, Ema and Ina amongst others thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will see you again in March.

The room was spacious and clean, the location is perfect for me. It’s in town but it’s far from the busy and noisy road. The staff are 10/10, always smiling and helpful. Definitely the highlight of my holiday, the breakfast is good too. The chef is a Muslim so they prepare separate pans for halal menu, Muslim friendly hotel. They offer free shuttle to discover mall, hotel it’s very close to the airport. It’s less than 10 minutes, would recommend this hotel. Can’t think of any negative things to say about this hotel! Cheers!

Exceptional. The staff was friendly, warm and welcoming throughout, from the office desk to restaurant to cleaning. The room cleaning blew our minds, as we had a man called Adi who made our room spotless every day, with towel art and personal notes. One day we replied on the back of a note saying we liked the chocolate he left for us. He read that, and left more chocolate the next day! Breakfast is fantastic, and the restaurant generally is very good. Try the spa as well. We truly felt pampered.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly and attentive staff, best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Comes with fruit and yogurt to start, then an appetizer, main, fresh baked goods, and the a hot drink with a smoothie. They also delivered us a happy honeymoon cake to our room knowing we just got off flights and we heading home after out stay. I wish I knew about them sooner, will be back without a doubt. Paid 75000 RPI for a car from domestic arrivals and then back to international departures from taxis outside airport.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff were / are amazing, from Abek who booked us into the hotel and even took us to the local Discovery Mall in the golf buggy to Yogi and Indra who cleaned our room daily. The facility is spotlessly clean and the pool area is amazing. we had the complimentary afternoon tea almost everyday and the selection was so good and the restaurant was also amazing.. I will be back for sure to relax and unwind in this amazing hotel just the best :)

Wonderful Accomodation ”
Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay at the Amnaya Resort in Kuta. Everything in this hotel is beautiful. Very clean. Great location, very close to shops, and places to eat. We were lucky enough to get up graded. My room design was first class. We had a great time, wish we could of stayed for longer. The breakfast was great. Very happy with our stay we will defiantly be back. Thank you.
