What more i can say, this place is simply the best.. from concierge to reception to housekeeping to dinning everything was just perfect! Reservation: they are very responsive and very detailed in our inquiry, they always provide options and make my request possible as much as they can Location: is right in the center of Seminyak, near the beach, when u step outside the shops and restaurant are there. Very safe place Checkin: They are aware of my request and im so happy that they only communicated to me so my partner will not know any of my surprise. And they upgraded to an amazing room. Room: Very clean, Spacious! And my prtner love the bed decoration (which i thought they cant provide it and im so surprise they even include the bath tub) Price: ALL WORTHED! Every penny is worth to pay for. Overall They have made all my request possible, though my plan is to surprise my partner and end up surprising me as well.. they went over and beyond our expectation, they gave us complimentary upgrade, conplimentary cake to celebrate our trip, they even provide us a day use room which is a nice gesture of them to allow us atay in pool while we wait for our transfer, i definitely recommend this

Astagina is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, the beach and Cocoon beach club yet tucked away enough that the grounds of Astagina itself are so peacefully quiet. I immediately felt relaxed once we walked into the garden & pool areas. The grounds are stunning & immaculate. Studio apartment bed & bathroom facilities were both perfect & again, the quiet meant we slept really well. The buffet breakfast was delicious (didn't need lunch) & staff were so helpful & friendly. As expected the studio apartment is small so you don't want to spend much time there but is perfect for a couple like us who just wanted a comfortable place to sleep & spend our days out and about. The pool area was also gorgeous and we found that to be a nice spot to relax with a swim up bar, sun lounges & day beds. Having access to this area meant you didn't want to spend time in your room anyway. Great value for money. This was our 4th trip to Bali & 1st at Astagina but we intend staying here again.

GREAT HOSPITABLE PLACE ”
Astagina was selected because the location and we knew that we 'd only be spending 2 nights after long day outside. We chose it because we just wanted a good place to sleep before we headed to Ubud. To our pleasure surprise, Astagina was awesome with great welcoming gestures by the staff, the compound was neatly taken care of, the pool and it surroundings were inviting, the room was spacious and clean. They even sent my early breakfast at 4am to my room, and it was wonderfully packed. Next time, we'll be staying here in the room with pool. The only thing lacking is the water pressure in the shower and the water heater. The rest was just spectacular.

I came back to this hotel after my previous Bali trip 3 years ago. The hotel is still as nice as it used to be. Modern design with lots of Balinese designs. The swimming pool is beautiful in day and night time with comfortable beds. The room is spacious with soft beds. Hotel breakfast has good selection of Asian and Western food. They offer free afternoon tea at 3pm near the garden. Location is good. It has quiet surroundings off the main street (2mins walk) and 5-10mins walk to the Double Beach. It gives the convenience while having the quiet surroundings. Hotel staff members are nice and helpful. The welcome drink was a nice surprise.

If you want a relaxing couples holiday, group holiday or family holiday this is the place for you. Hidden away down a long lane way from the hustle and bustle of bali but close enough to enjoy the shopping, nightlife and beaches that are bali. It’s small enough that you can enjoy all the facilities but not be on top of other guests. If you’re a family there’s plenty of room for the kids to play and there’s a separate kids pool. The resort is very clean and looked after. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always there for you. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you have the option of choosing your own private villa or hotel style room.

Pro - Beds like falling into clouds. Everything so clean and modern. Has DVD player. Lift to higher floors. Pool was beautiful and alway easy to get a lounger. Very close to great restaurants and the long driveway is well lit and felt safe. There are security guards that monitor the people coming and going up the gang. Breakfast was fabulous catering for all nationalities. Con - Very expensive to buys drinks and food at resort. All ++ (taxes) Another bin would be great in the living area of the room not just one in the bathroom.

Amazing Hotel”
We had a great stay here. Even though Bali had just reopened our room was very clean, the sheets were spotless and white. Just some of the towels were old but they were clean. We stayed in a king room and we had a huge room, plus the balcony. We extended our stay to 10 days. The pool was amazing, it is better than much hotels in Seminyak. The garden was a delight and manicured very professionally. The staff is always smiling and they treat you like family. We would definitely comw back here!

We celebrated my sister’s birthday at the resort. Thank you for giving her complimentary birthday cake. We appreciate it so much. The buffet breakfast was generous. We love eating there everyday. And there are complimentary tea, coffee and dessert every afternoon. We love our room and our private pool. Our bed is so comfortable it’s almost impossible to get out and you just want to stay there. The staff are very friendly from the reception, the servers at the restaurant. Everyone is so hospitable. We would love to be back soon!

An all round great resort. From the welcome drink on arrival, the wonderful staff, perfectly maintained gardens, sparkling pools, clean tidy rooms with great comfortable beds and pillows, large balcony - this resort made for a very relaxing holiday and it's in a great location - close enough for some shopping and the beach but far enough away that you could be anywhere. Our only negative was the bathroom was a little small - great facilities but not large enough for 2 people at once. Would definately return again.

We had a nice staycation in this hotel. What I appreciate more is that the standard check in time is 2:00 pm. But we came earlier (12:30 pm). We were supposed to leave our bags since we completely understand the check in time. Suprisingly, they allowed us to check in right then and there. The room was neat and clean. Staffs are very accomodating and friendly. Trully, this hotel is more than your money's worth!

Although Located at the heart of Seminyak, Astagina still offers a serene and lovely setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Both management and staff are very thoughtful, going out of their way to make our wedding anniversary extra special. Moreover, I love the consistency of the warmth and courtesy across all staff, wll throughtout the day, night and even dawn. I am certainly coming back.

What a beautifully serene resort. Hanging out by the pool on the lounges with delicious drinks and reading a book made my holiday in Bali. The spa is really nice too! The whole complex is gorgeous and just like the pictures. I was very happy with the room and the services available. The staff absolutely lifted my spirits too. They were all so friendly and helpful. Surya, our driver who picked us up from the airport was really kind and helpful as well. The resort itself is within walking distance of some great restaurants, cafes, beach bars, shopping, and anything else you can think of. I definitely recommend staying here!

My first time ever book through agoda encounter problem where the room i book through agoda was not given to me by the resort. The problem is actually because of agoda assign agent give the wrong info to the resort. I book a pool villa but end up getting a garden villa. Although the agent is at fault, but the staff and general manager try their best to fix the problem. Much appreciate to the staff of Astagina. For agoda team, i think you all should make sure the agent is giving the correct info once the customer make a booking. Anyway, agoda team is also trying their best to solve the problem when i was there. My advise is just need to make sure the agent is doing their job.

Hotel: clean, nice room and friendly staff. Nice pool. My room has a terrace facing the pool which is nice to enjoy our breakfast. Since it's still covid19 their restaurant, bar and spa were close. So the breakfast delivered to our room. Location: 4 minutes to the Double six beach, close to many convenience store, at the time because of c19 there's only 1 nearby restaurant open

beautiful water feature on our balcony and a very nice big bed that was super comfy. air con worked great. everything was clean and well presented. 2 pools to choose from and loved the swim up bar. breakfast was nice too, a good amount to choose from. will definitely be back here

Came here on a solo trip in 2018 and loved it so much that I immediately booked for another visit in 2019. And ironically doing the same trip this March 2020. The staff are super friendly and know you by name. They also very knowledgeable on the surrounding areas to explore and there was more than a couple times when they directed us to a certain region of Bali but then also advised us how to get there and when, to avoid the busy times. Wanting to give special shout out to the desk staff who warmly greeted us with welcome drinks, a cold face towel, and a special dessert on my birthday: Krisna, Suratni, Sulendra, and Shelly.
