Veldig bra hotell!”

Hotellet er dyrt, men man får absolutt valutta for pengene. Flotte utendørs svømmebaseng med veldig god utsikt. Likte spesielt bra Ocean view basenget og Riverside basenget. Solnedganen ved Rock bar var også veldig fin! Trim rommet fungerte bra, med tredmøller og noen masiner. Litt lite utcvalg i frie hantler (stoppet på 25 kg). Veldig stort spa anlegg, golf putte bane og tennisbane.

Deilig sted, men dyrt!”

Vi hadde to deilige dager, men fikk ikke utforsket hele området. Servicen fra betjeningen var veldig bra. Veldig fine uteområder, særlig bassengene med saltvannsbasseng. Frokost på balkongen var ett av høydepunktene og kan anbefales. Men restaurantene var dyre, særlig drikkevarer både med og uten alkohol.

We stayed at the Ayana Resort and Spa in Bali in November, 2019. I wish I could give more than five stars across the board. The resort is massive, but don't let that dissuade you. Getting around the resort is super easy with the free shuttle. Our suite was exceptional. From the peaceful view overlooking the sea, to the spacious and comfortable room with amenities one could only hope for at a 5 Star resort. The service was beyond exceptional. In fact, I made a mistake on my booking and the General Manager, Stefan Fuchs, personally attended to my issue and resolved it for me (with superb graciousness). Seating at the Rock Bar at Sunset was never an issue - - this is THE place to watch a sunset in Bali and there are hundreds who come to delight in the event. The pools were beautiful. Some quiet, some right in the middle of the action of Rock Bar OR the main pool. The private beach, with clear water was a treat. I also highly recommend the aquatonic spa treatment.

Absolute Paradise. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! ”

Ayana completely exceeded our expectations. The moment you walk in to the resort the staff make you feel special. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. The grounds/gardens are gorgeous and immaculate, and the pools and views are to die for! The rooms are beautiful too. Everything about this place is paradise! Buffet breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from. We will definitely stay here again! The only con we had was a taxi driver who picked us up from the resort (driver 114) was really dodgey. We asked the driver to take us into Kuta at night, because we wanted to go shopping and for dinner. He was adamant that the shops in Kuta all close at 5pm and that it would take over an hour to get there, so instead he took us to a dingy restaurant he recommended right near the airport, and he dropped us off in a dark fish market street where we felt really unsafe. We later found out that the shops in Kuta stay open until 10pm.

A true 5* Luxury Resort”

Ayana is so beautiful, who would have thought they could keep improving the resort every year! We were extremely spoilt by Aning and all of her team, being upgraded to one of the brand new Deluxe Ocean View rooms. The room is beautiful, the biggest bed that is perfectly comfortable. The bathroom is stunning, you have the option of relaxing in the bath while enjoying the view, or the curtains can be closed for privacy. Thanks to housekeeping for remembering we drink lots of water and need a top sheet, that was a lovely surprise in our room! See you in June.

I wrote the review before. Always feel awesome every time I come back here in Ayana! Great facilities with breathtaking views! Been trying some other villas in the same class n price but compared to Ayana, I still choose to come back here. And the way you guys maintaining the cleanliness of the properties inside the villas, spotless garden, clean n warm private pool, comfy AirCon & fridge is add level of comfort for us to stay there. Staffs are very helpful and friendly and the butlers are always ready to help. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I’m very happy to stay there. The villas are amazing. Been there when kids still in younger age. Like 9 years ago and you guys still maintain everything perfect, clean & spotless! With breathtaking views like that we never get bored staying there in Ayana. For anyone who’s looking for values, tranquility, but has many facilities Ayana is the best place to stay. Thank you for maintaining that well.

Beautiful 5 Star Hotel in Jimbaran”

We really loved Ayana Resort. The hotel room, the beds and bathroom, the pool and its view, the slides, the kids club, the iconic rock bar, the kubu (private) beach, the restaurants, the treadmills at the gym are awesome, the hotel ambience, the staff hospitality, and benefit to access to Rimba Hotel facilities. Definitely a 5 star resort. Overall Ayana the best hotel in Bali so far. A bit downside for me is the lack of halal food option available from the restaurants, while this hotel location is a bit remote, not easy to find restaurants in the surrounding. I would strongly suggest Ayana to give more consideration for local guest needs, seems like 60-70% guest now (dec 2021) are locals. Will put Ayana in the top list hotel in Bali.

All the pools are stunning and excellent services and friendly staffs. Lots of activities and restaurants. Spa services are phenomenal and top level! Definitely try the Aquatonic Spa, very unique experience and relaxing. •Do not expect the food and spa in resort will be cheap, they are like 5-stars hotel level price. I didn't go for the pricey SPA treatments since I can't spend a fortune on everything. But tried the foot massage, relaxing body massage and aquatonic pool. They are all lovely. •Wi-fi is free and covered whole resort which if you staying in resort, you don't need to worry about internet. •I noticed that room cleaning is two times a day that is amazing! Fast responding of room services, 24hours available. •I also requested airport transfer, so no drama to find taxi to or from airport. •I sent request to hotel and contact them before my trip, next day response every email and friendly, not pushing. Highly recommended!

if I think of Bali, the best hotel to represent it, is Ayana. from the moment we enter their complex, its very relaxing and welcoming. they make sure you are served like a queen. their pool is fantastic, the main infinity pool (love it), the kids pool (loveee it), and the romantic only couple pool (too bad my husband couldn't come with us this time, so we skipped it). they have rock bar which you go down with an elevator. I think its a famous hang out place. they have the activities (was drawing batik) for the kids on certain day its free. and their spa is fantastic, but very expensive :( .

Excellent beautiful hotel”

I loved this hotel. The location is a bit remote, but as a resort it has everything you need in one place. You absolutely cannot miss the rock bar and the ocean pool. Unique amazing bar and pool. As a solo traveler there wasn’t much for me to do besides lounge. There weren’t any organized activities like I’ve seen at other resorts. This which was fine for me, but probably would be boring if you are there for more than a couple days. Also, the beach was non existent. Too small to lounge on because of the tide.

Pure luxury”

We planned a stay at Ayana for our final night in Bali to be closer to the airport and as a bit of a treat to ourselves. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to one of the villas and were blown away by how luxurious they were. We had a butler to attend to our every whim and had everything we could possibly need provided. Vanessa at the front desk made check in, check out and everything in between work together seamlessly and with incredible grace. The breakfast buffet was like nothing we'd ever seen before, just get there before 9 if you can. Highly recommended.

The resort itself is huge you have the choice of 3 hotels in one to use there locations and also there facilities! Ayana is high class they treat you like a god and the resort pools are breathtaking there is a pool which is regularly used in bali advertising posters because it is an infinity pool on the beach , I have made many friends with the local workers there as they are more then happy to help you in any way and enjoy a chat about your hometown and indifferences of lifestyles !

can’t complain about anything, the concierge will send your gojek/grabfood to your room .. since the rooms are pretty far from the lobby massive pools , beautiful beach .. beautiful resort .. comfortable bed n pillows .. loved my stay there very much

Best experience by far”

I booked Ayana for a special occasion with my better half. The compound is vast, beautifully located on a cliff. The staffs there displayed genuine care for guests. I arrived early, the manager(Agus?) even offered me a spare room to wait while my room is being cleaned. I suspected I was given a free upgrade as well? I booked the kisik jetty to propose to my wife , best decision ever. Happy wife happy wife eh. The waiter (Weda?) had to run back and forth from kitchen to the jetty to deliver our food, but there is always a huge smile on his face. I can feel that he genuinely love his job, and he displayed high level of professionalism and hospitality. Super thankful to the staffs who made my short stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Always happy staying here, everything is just perfect!! Private beach is beautiful, they have lift as well so you can save time to go down from the hill. The rock bar has amazing view!! The staffs & buttlers give awesome service. Villas have fabulous interior & exterior, view is breathtaking. All of these make us always put Ayana on top of our mind every time we go to Bali.

Best resort we’ve ever stayed at ”

My husband and I stayed at the Ayana for 3 nights and it wasn’t enough. The resort is absolutely amazing and wow’s you no matter where you are. Staff were so friendly, accommodating and service was great. We had the best time and cannot wait to go back. Prices are much more than Seminyak but if you compare to Aust/Sydney prices it’s the same basically. Definitely worth it and you will have such a nice experience

Great and cleanness place”

There are so many things to enjoy and have fun. The most amazing is Private beach. I had heard that Bali’s beach was not so much Emerald colors but it isn’t. Oh, but the restaurants are not so much delicious.

The kid really enjoy the moment during our stay in Ayana. They upgrade our Suite into Villa with Private Pool and we had time to visit Ice Cream store inside the hotel area. The staff really friendly and helpful, they willing to send us the buggy over and over again since we go out couple of times during our stay here. Rockbar sunset experience is always amazing. Definitely will comeback again!
