Convenient, spacious and friendly”
Located at the heart of Jindy. Parking is tight during snowy season so we have to park on the road. The room is not sound proof but the ear plug works. Breakfast included. Room is clean and tidy. AC / Heater is great. You can enjoy discount if you rent the gear in the shop next door. I will consider staying here again next time.
Noisy they issue earplugs due to poorly soundproofed rooms and noisy events. They also did not priovide the room booked through Agoda supplying a room with less beds and in an inconvenient configuration. Lake View quad booked triple room provided with a foldaway so not very satisfactory.
nice location, great value, close to shops and short drive to ski resort.
Good location, mouldy dirty room, very loud”
Banjo's is in a good location, the room was very dirty and smelt very mouldy and had mould over the ceiling in the bathroom. We had 3 children and were located directly above the workers smoking area. The room smelt so bad that we had to keep the windows open and suck in the cigarette fumes. It was so loud that we were actually provided with ear plugs for the children and adults but they didn't help. The glasses were dirty but the pub and the food at the pub and bistro were great. The staff were very nice and friendly. Definitely not worth the hefty price.
IT WAS THE WORST EXPER”
Very noisy I did not sleep until midnight Unprofessional staff THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER STAYED U HAVE MY BOOKING HISTORY I HAVE NEVER COMPLAINED BUT THIS IS DISGRACEFUL
family trip to the snow”
BPInn was in a good location in Jindabyne. Basic accommodation but very clean and super hot water for that all important shower at the end of the day - enough for the whole family! Fabulous breakfast was included which is great value and superb pizza in the bistro downstairs for dinner. Close to other cafes and restaurants as well. Live music on Friday and Saturday so ask for a room in a quiet area if this will bother you. All in all BPInn represented excellent value for money for a family on a trip to the snow.
Great location if you cant afford to stay on the mountain. Good food. We had a loft room which was fantastic with a teenage son joining us.
My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. The Inn was more than we expected. The staff very helpful and friendly, the room was big and confortable, nothing fancy. The restaurant downstairs Clancy magnificent, big plates, and so yummy. The whole atmosphere of this place was so good. We had a lakeview room, it was fabulous watching the lake as we sat in the balcony. We'll come back any time!
Only for sub 30 all night party goers”
Don’t quite know where to start ! Was it the lilac interior or the all night live band that finished at 2am! On a positive note, it was clean and the breakfast was good!!!!
Great burgers, good location and view. Laundry is on top floor a bit far ,
The room was "minimalist" re furnishings and the noise from adjoining rooms and traffic from the road at the front, pretty ordinary. No cutlery, no corkscrew or bottle opener, no box of tissues in the bathroom, cheap and nasty toilet paper .... the sort of things one expects on a hotel. Dining was good pub food ... 8/10 but the lack of simple things expected in a hotel makes this place nothing more than basic.
Great hotel/ motel in a fantastic location.”
This motel is Excellent value for money in the heart of Jindabyne. Bistro food was superb and the breakfast that we had included in the cost of our room was second to none. Only downside is that a lot of the rooms are above the bar area so would be very noisy in the high seasons.
You can feel the spring wires in the mattress when lying down, the mattress needs thicker padding on top.
Unfriendly, inflexible and unhelpful staff. Noisy.”
For the $270 per night for one room, (more than a night at the Novotel) I would expect a comfortable bed, a hairdryer, bedside lights that work and staff that were friendly and helpful. Not impressed at all an unable to recommend. Breakfast was very ordinary. Beer was good though!
Good for young people.”
Great place to stay! They have a night club every Saturday in the pub on ground flow, so noice might be too loud to sleep. Would not recommend for families with kids.
Good location, can be more clean on the room detail
Incredible value for money!”
Fantastic value for money given the breakfast buffet, clean room, fresh towels and flexible check-in. Friendly staff too! Would definitely stay again. Only point of concern is the poor noise insulation from people talking, wind, main doors closing etc.
Everything is good”
Good location and lots of amenities nearby.”
Housekeeping needs to be improved as they did not wash our cups and saucers or replenish our bathroom supplies. We were told that breakfast was from 7am to 9am. We had gone down for breakfast at 825am but the kitchen staff had said that they had closed the kitchen for the day and refused to cook for us. This was a complete turnaround for the good experience we were having at the hotel.
Nice and cozy rooms with a perfect view. Very nice staff and good food at the ground floor of the inn. Will definitely book again on this inn :)
