5 Star hotel with a 7 Star service - The Best in Bali!”
The service right from the check in was smooth and one of a kind with a Balinese ceremony and a check in on the lobby couch. The Ocean view room, it was just wow, every detail for customer delight was very well thought from the living room, to the kitchen, dinning table, bedroom and a huge bathroom. Every room is equipped with bose speakers and televisions so you can watch tv or listen to some music while taking a bath tub. The private swimming pool is huge with an amazing Jacuzzi that is accessible from the living room, bedroom or the entrance. What was amazing that they have one of the most elaborate champagne breakfast and best part of the stay was the staff and their service. We stayed at 2 well known five stars in Ubud and Nusa Dua & itwas nothing compared to this property. The massage at the hotel is also a must try. They provide a buggy service within the property and the hotel beach access has breathtaking views with great security & service.

Superb Hospitality”
Love everything in Banyan Tree Ungasan Bali :) Superb hospitality experience, guest are welcoming by hotel staff/ chef/ waitress/ front desk even driver, very helpful on attending guest's requests. Resort follow straightly SOP during pandemic period, we feel secure & stay comfortably in overall 3 nights stay, no doubt on villa interior & amazing pool side sea view, we will definitely return to Banyan Tree after pandemic time, keep it up :)

Quiet and Relaxing”
We were impressed by all the staff who knew our names, villa number, breakfast and cocktail order all by the 2nd day. We had a garden villa with a pool and while we had glimpses of the ocean even if we couldnt see the ocean the serenity and privacy was so relaxing. It was just perfect to be able to go out into the hustle of Bali for day adventures and come back to the quiet, calm and peacefulness of Banyan. Nothing was too hard for the staff, Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, the pool bar had a nice vibe to it, and the secluded area on the beach was a nice little touch. We absolutely loved our stay and would do it all again.

Our 2-day stay here was wonderful. We arrived early and were able to sit by the pool and spent the majority of the rest of the day at our villa pool + hot tub. The manager Cening helped us make an amazing experience even better! We booked a lovely dinner at their cliffside restaurant and sat on the outside patio to enjoy Wagyu while admiring the view. An amazing place to spend our honeymoon - highly recommended!!

Great pandemic get away”
We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Jumana. The villa was great and spacious. Private pool was amazingly clean and the size is big enough. Staffs were friendly and super helpful. The public pool was also clean and well maintain. Will definitely come back

Excellent”
Room with ocean view was good n the jacuzzi was everything hahahaha Jumana Resto's so PERFECT Incredible for sunsets ! Minus The coffee maker was broke I asked to get the new one He came after around 5 mins Then another bad thing happened The second one also sme , So .. i called to replaced it Unluckily... i waited for so long almst 2 hrs till i went to check out at 12:00PM. The machine never came to me 😭😭 Sad 😭😭😭

We got upgraded to ocean view villa. The staff is really nice and the view is stunning. We stay during covid so it feels like the whole entire villa is for ourselves and the villa is really clean. Definitely will come back!

Pure Escape”
If you want to get away from it all and have a relaxing vacation where time moves slowly then this is the resort to have it at. This resort is a pure escape from it all. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating from check-in to departure. The views and assortment of pools, including the one at your private villa, are just perfect. Easy access to the picturesque beach by a short hike or by golf cart. Love the aromas of the oils and incense throughout your villa. Left the welcoming CD of relaxation music playing in the villa throughout my stay as well. Breakfast had everything you needed and was loaded with options and room service provided some nice options when needed. I also ate at a few restaurants and despite the price (you are at an isolated resort after all), I thought they were all great and even the chef at Ju-Ma-Na came out to meet with my wife and I personally. Further, the resort GM, Alfonso, was super pleasant and greeted us every day to see how we were doing.

Wonderful View Spacious Room”
Everything is nice, we stayed at the Two Bedroom Villa Cliff Edge Suite, we can hear the sound of the ocean and the view was absolutely amazing. Nice breakfast with the floating basket delivered to my room. Will be definately coming back there.

Great stay at the hotel;! We were celebrating a special birthday and the hotel made it all happen seamlessly! Our 2 bedroom villa was also fantastic and food was extremely good (... we're quite a well travelled family and not easily pleased :)

Everything perfections”
Booking Banyan Tree could be the best decision for our Bali vacation. Hotel kindly upgraded two villa levels for our anniversary and offered many many little surprises also. Villa is huge with beautiful ocean view and tropical surroundings. Monkey’s occasionally visits were precise. Although Banyan Tree was built 10 years ago, the decorations still looked very contemporary and competitive among fellow villa hotels. (Maybe upgrade technological toilet facilities would be nice but hey, what can I ask for more with this heavenly place) Staffs are helpful kind and generous. The only regret is that I wish I could booked more nights here.

Amazing villa almost too big for us,but we loved it ! Loved the beach clean beautiful water and breathtaking view and sunsets! Staff were beautiful helpful informative and attentive! 20 min taxi ride to Ullawatu and other bars restaurants and world class surf Much quieter and less traffic Loved the golf carts!

I have been in this Hotel for 4 nights with my girl-friend. The hotel-area is so beautiful and the villas outstanding. You can hear the waves all day, so it seems you are directly at at/in the ocean. The view to the sea and specially from the pool is very nice. But the very best is the service and the people who are working there!! I have been in many 5-Star Hotels/Resorts but this place is like heaven and high-end in service. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Can't Wait To Come Back Again!”
Upgraded the room to cliff edge villa (218). The best view villa althought there are some minor tree branches is blocking the ocean view. Definitely must have fine dining in Jumana Restaurant. Unfortunately, I'm as Gold Honour Hilton member can't have the previlege, no ppoint rewards, etc. But I'll come back again when this hotel change it's name to LXR Hotel By Hilton around next year.
