In love with this hotel”
This is my first time travel to ubud and I decided to stay at Bisma Eight for two nights. When I reached the hotel, the reception welcomed us with welcome drinks, free upgrade my room to forest suite and give us a room tour. The hotel even has its own WhatsApp hotline for their customer to contact them for any helps anytime. Their hospitality is way beyond my expectation. On the hotel side, they have a really cool swimming pool facing the famous ubud greenery and their room is spacious, clean and quiet. I feel very relax staying at the hotel. Beside that, the hotel restaurant Copper serve a very BBQ good pork ribs and nasi goreng as well. Will definitely come back to stay again if I travel to ubud again!

There is no word to describe how this hotel is perfect. Five star services from the minute you step out of the car your until your departure. All staff number was very attentive from morning to evening. We all know that there’s lots of hotel in ubud , but for me and my family, were are definitely coming back to bisma eight,there’s no doubt about it. The morning breakfast is just delicious. A la carte menu, you just want to eat everything on the menu cause you know that everything is so yummy. The breakfast and the dinner is just so delicious. The Infinity pool just wow. The forest view with the sunset behind, its just breathtaking. Thanks you to all team staff at BISMA EIGHT.

The staff, all were consistently nice and accommodating. Their smiles were genuine. You can see that they are happy with what they’re doing. The place is amazing. Not only clean, it was immaculate. The location is convenient for going around, even at night after the shuttle service stops. Breakfast was heavenly. I could not rave enough about how wonderful our experience was at Bisma Eight!

Love the interiors of this hotel - modern, clean, non-fussy and extremely comfortable. The room was thoughtfully and beautifully laid out, the materials were textural and harmonious with the culture and environment, and the staff was lovely. The neighborhood was safe and a nice stroll (and far enough from the main road), with a massage spot across the street that I hit up ...twice a day lol.

Fabulous 2 Nights in Bisma”
Spending 2 nights in Bisma Eight had been so memorable. We were welcome with exotic drinks, well mannered and well explained details during our Stay. Receptionist showed us our room and all the things needed very detailed and polite. We use our time to the Gym (healthy traveling lifestyle), sunbathing at the poolside. Our children also enhoyed every second of their time. We know that this Pandemic situation is not easy. And we hope everyone in Bali could hang on, be strong. I'm not sure I'd ever try going to Bali again during the December holiday season... but if I did I'd be happy to return to the comfortable environs of Bisma Eight. Staff are great and location is close to town... F&B excellent... and room was comfortable & quiet.

We loved our stay at Bisma Eight Ubud! The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very beautiful and elegant. It felt quite private with a lot of focus on quality rather on quantity. All of the facilities were of high quality. As to the location, the hotel is quite close to central Ubud which is of a great advantage. The pool is amazing! Our only regret was that we had to go back to Kuta, otherwise we would have loved to extend our stay at Bisma Eight!

We have stayed in a lot of high-end hotels and this was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. I'm not one for writing a long reviews (or reviews at all!) so I'll keep it short and sweet... everything was perfect and as described/as you see in the photos, pool was incredible. Breakfast had so many options, they were delicious and service was awesome throughout. Could not recommend more, you will not be disappointed.

A well-designed modern hotel that really appeals to us. The wooden hot tub that sits two comfortably is such a luxury. The location near the city centre makes getting around easy. We love the infinity pool views that overlook a forest.

Such serenity swimming in the uniform pool within the jungle and the hotel was just minutes walk away from the main strip with a shuttle bus available if you don’t want to walk. The bath was so relaxing and the breakfast options were endless with great quality.

The beautiful tropical gardens and the amazing pool, create the serenity required for a place to relax and get back to nature. A gorgeous oasis of calm in Ubud. Delicious food, beautiful pool, friendly and fantastic staff. Easy walking distance to eating and sightseeing, and the hired drivers are knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms have some quirks (the Japanese onsen tubs take 40 min to fill!) but are comfortable and well designed.
